have you tried some alternating hot and cold compresses for about 15 minutes?

A massage to stimulate the blood flow so that your body can heal injured cells also might help. stretches might help too if its not too painful.

eat good food and drinks lots of fluids to flush out the dead cells.

Pray and trust God to heal you, but if it still bugs you or increases in severity I would go see a doctor to have it checked out.

Some tylenol or other over the counter pain medication might help to or if you want to try holistically a good cup of tea with honey and ginger helps out as well.

I hope you feel better soon :) keep you in my prayers :)

Do you keep it in the same position for the same time at any point in the day? For example, sitting at the computer with your hand on the mouse.. Or sitting on a couch with it propped up. Also sleeping on it funny.

I think it could be something as simple as that. You would probably know if you injured it severely during a sport. But say you're a pitcher and have repetitive throws. That could cause it, or lifting weights improperly (easy to do without knowing!)

As said above, see a doctor if problems continue. In the mean time, if the pain isn't too severe do some slow circles with your shoulder. 20 small, 20 large, front and back.

wait chest pains numbness of the shoulder, you might want to go to the doctor, it could be because you're not moving around but...

" Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.

Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.

may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.

Heart Attack Warning Signs

Heart Attack Warning Signs

A heart attack is a frightening event, and you probably don't want to think about it. But, if you learn the signs of a heart attack and what steps to take, you can save a life–maybe your own.

What are the signs of a heart attack? Many people think a heart attack is sudden and intense, like a "movie" heart attack, where a person clutches his or her chest and falls over.

The truth is that many heart attacks start slowly, as a mild pain or discomfort. If you feel such a symptom, you may not be sure what's wrong. Your symptoms may even come and go. Even those who have had a heart attack may not recognize their symptoms, because the next attack can have entirely different ones."

I'll keep you in my prayers but remember God gave us doctors and medicine for a reason. :)
