My half sleeve idea

First off, I don't want a debate over if tattoos are right or wrong.

So, I saw this and for some reason fell in love with it


I was thinking of having it modified to become a half sleeve tattoo. Quite a bit actually, I'm mostly just keeping the woman and the balancing ship idea. Lol

A few hours after seeing the picture, I read Kris Welch's (your life ministries) vision for her new blog, and suddenly the tattoo just seemed so inspired. I'm going to attach it, but if you don't want to read it all the main point is that women have a lot to balance between what our biblical standards and societal standards.

A while ago I had this idea for a zombie geisha tattoo (kind of to represent to how beauty isn't easily defined), but I was thinking about doing away with that idea, and making my balancing woman have sugar skull face. But, I have a friend who thinks the sugar skull idea is 'evil'.

Sooo, what do you think about the meaning, the tattoo itself, and the sugar skull part?

I personally dont like the look of sugar skulls myself but if youre into them I think its a great idea.
