I love the Lord, I really do. But i dont often spend the time with Him that He deserves... What do you do to ensure that you continue investing in your relationship with Him

Well, personally I spend time with Him everyday by reading the Bible, praying, praising, etc. I also bring everything to Him, big and small, gift or problem its all His! Hope this helps, God bless

Make a goal to read about him everyday. even if your busy and its just one verse. and make a point to set time out to praise him everyday if you can. try to make sure you take time about daily to walk with God and you'll draw nearer to him.

I agree with what the others have said, one of the most important things that I have found for my personal relationship with God is to make time to read His word. For whatever reason it can be quite hard to make time for even the smallest time to read the scriptures, but that is the way He feeds us. Just as Aqua_Girl09 said, even reading one verse is helpful. I find it changes the whole course of my day.

Prayer is a wonderful way to have a constant conversation with God. :)

If you have friends that also believe in the Lord you can set a time with them and have bible study together or just talk about the Lord. I find that helpful in that you can reflect with others and praise God for all that He does and can do. =] Keep seeking Him :)

I have my seasons when I do much better in terms of intamcay with God.. These days Every aspect of my life is taking a lot more time, so I just come home tired; and still I have work to prepare as well. I love the work, and some of it has to with studying the Word of God.. But I still miss the alone time,... You know those times when its just you and Him and nothing else....Sigh

But you know, just by writing this out, not that i didnt know before; bit I guess sometimes we need reminding; i just have to go take it.

Sigh...Gotta love this God :)
