God gave me a gift to do his will. My gift is writing songs that God gives to me and singing the songs in front of people. I have an annointing in my voice and when I sing God heals people and cast out demons something like David when he played the harp in the bible. The problem is I have stage fright. Can anyone give me tips on how to conquer stage fright. I really want to do God's will and I am so glad that he chose me. I don't want to lose my gift because of stage fright.

Praise for God's helps. I think he is not going to give you courage enough, but he will teach you how to get it through situations. I used to be very shy to sing in front of people, I used to be very shy, and God has taught me how to overcome it. I pray and God don't give the courage, He makes me go though situations that will make me overcome all my fears, frights, shyness instead; that's the way God works, at least in my life!

So, pray and pray with a sincere heart, and pay attention to what you will be going through..sorry for my poor english, but I hope it helped

God bless you sister,, well first of all if God gave that gift it mean that He will support you , i mean back you up . so what you have to do is to pray him
and besides that , i might say that im almost in the same situation , cause i like to sing so much .. but im a shy person ......... someone told me once
to do an exercise ; stand in front of a mirror and talk , sing etc. whaching yourself as if it was to another person .... when ur are on stage try to act naturally never too fast .. and always practice very well before you sing , cause sometimes you get nervous because you are not sure about what u will to ... God bless sis , i hope i helped you.........

Ask God to help you and start singing infront of your friends and somebody you don't know too well to start off with. I think the more times you sing infront of someone the easier it gets :)

Practice intereracting with crowds. I went for a long time to a little group called ToastMasters international, which is an international club with groups ALL OVER the world... every city, it seems, has multiple clubs that practice impormptu speaking, speaches, presentations, whatever. Some are more fun than others, but all are designed to make people more comfortable and effective in public speaking. I know people who use it for performing, politics, work presentations, and many jsut for silly stories and fun - working on quick-thinking skills and articulation. Anyway, there's never an easy fix for fear, but remember that fear is always a distortion that is meant to hinder. Perfect Love casts out fear. When you are worshiping, you are filled with Jesus. He'll cast out fear and drive your ministry the way he drives your voice. Don't be afriad. Be blessed in it!

Let me get this straight. You have an anointed voice that casts out devils but it doesn't chase away a spirit of fear? So, my suggestion is, sing to yourself.

So to overcome stage fright, one should not get on stage? Hahaha :D.....ever heard of desensitization (psychology)?
