I want to make a Korean friend. ^_^

at the risk of sounding racist. >_< I've really gotten into the korean culture and i've become a k-pop fan and i'm also thinking aout learning korean (after i get spanish out the way).

that being said i'd really like to make a korean friend. IDK how to walk up to someone as say "HEY LETS BE FREINDS!?" . . .i don't wanna give off the stalker vibe. T-T. but idk where to just meet a korean person. i basically wanna rub off their culture on me. lol. so if anyone has a korean friend they'd like to share or if your korean yourself i'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to be your friend. ^_^

sure! ^_^ i've been meaning to look into the russian culture cause idk ANYTHING about it. when i think russia i think of the movies salt and anastiasia. >_< i'm just really excited about the Japanese and Korean so . . . .yeah. that usually take up my time. ^_^

i'm starting to realize that i use WAYYYY too many faces when i type. . . . . . i think i should stop that. . . .grrrr.

Well, most of ppl -when we mention Russia-think of Vodka and Mafia :D I'm glad you are not one of them :D

Do you use livemocha.com? If not-try it! :)
I'm sure you will find some korean friends there. :) Also-you can learn their language there. :)

YESSSSSS!!!! i've been looking everywhere to find a chat room for them (when you type in korean chat a lot of time you get these site you REALLY don't wanna go to. . . . T-T) lol. thank you mucho. i'll be going there now.

awesome use of the faces BTW. ^_^ i don't feel so bad.

I knew a young lady many years ago that had the same compulsion. She began attending a Korean Christian church (of which there are a great many here in California). Well, guess what, she is married to a Korean from that church today.

You like kpop? Who do you like? Personally, I like 2ne1, Bigbang, Girls Generation, F(x), KARA, Sistar, Nu'est, 2AM, BAP, Wonder Girls, Aliee, ....honestly I like a little of everyone, but if I had to pick a favorite, I would be a Blackjack(2ne1). Girl's Generation will always have a special place in my heart though because they got me into kpop with thier song "Oh".

I started when i watched the k-drama "You're beautiful" >_< so Jang geun suk is so super special to me .>_< but since i watched dream high my friend and i fight over Kim soo hyun. ^-^

i'm not really into learning names of all the people. even know i don't know the names of groups in america but i catch on here and there. I am thinking really hard about if i want to learn the language or not. i have decided between korean or japanese. T-T

Yeah, that's hard. Learn Korean to understand kpop/kdrama or Japanese so you can watch anime without subtitles.

Yep, you'd be perfect! (sadly i'm not very close with any of my asian friends. T-T ) I only get to seem that at anime conventions and only for a second cause I'm too busy running around being all excited about the next panel to sit and chat. >_<

can i ask what two halfs you are?

Hey that's funny, when people think of Mexico they think of Tequila and Drug Cartels . We have a lot in common :D

When i think mexico i think drug cartels too. sorry. I have friends that go to mexico every six months or so and i always wanna go with them and they say "but you won't come back!" T-T so i'm scared.

but i also think about pretty water!!

You're not the only one, sadly. A lot of people have the perception that the moment you put your foot in Mexico you're gonna get killed, but it's not like that at all. Yes, the government is horrible and yes, there is a lot of crimes because of the drug cartels. However, most of the people that get killed in Drug Cartel-related violence are either involved in the Cartels or they were one of the druglords' relatives. I would take my precautions in some cities though.....it's always goot to know where you're going ;).
