Why did they build it like that?

I suddenly realize that I havent provided an answear yet on why the devil is a CLOWN
Allow me to do so now.
1.Well for one reason this is how he is constantely showing up in the landscapes and city, town designs and he gets really creative with his imagine of himself
2. he reveals himself also as a puppet master holding many puppets.
3. He sometimes wears a hat that is extreamly pointy and he looks like a wizard(kinda like harry potter and many others0
To find him in the layout of towns and citys you have to make east north or make south north
For some reason or another these guys have a real fetish for inverteing images and fliping them or turning everything upside down.
