In reply to God_is_love, faith wasn't enough for me. Plain and simple. At my weakest moment, he was not there. It was then that I realized that god was not real. He was whatever I created him to be through the bible and teachings that I had heard. But when I needed him the most he was silent. God is not real. Plain and simple. If you think that God is real, search deep within yourself and you'll find that what you think is god is really your inner most being looking for something familiar.
