No, I'm not making a Hitchhiker's reference. I'm talking about this movie:



I highly recommend it. Although not a Christian movie, it is very pro-Christian.

If you don't know, 42 was the number of Jackie Robinson, the first black athlete to play in Major League baseball. My favorite line from the movie is when Jackie's manager (played by Harrison Ford) is talking to him: "Like our Savior, you gotta have the guts to turn the other cheek"

Ah, the infamous inspirational sports movie. Hmm, I take it there will be drama, tragedy, a person going against the odds, and finally, the inspirational ending where the person or group succeeds and wins the championship. :D
