i need help. encouragement. advice. support... something.
im 18 years old. i will be 19 in a few weeks actually. i have worked at mcdonalds for the past three years, basically. i have gained so much weight. i never really was happy with my weight before, but i was never actually overweight like i am now. well in the past few months ive picked up smoking.... well in the past week...anytime i get hungry i will go smoke a cigarette and try to convince myself im not hungry. usually it will work but sometimes i still have to get something to eat... when i do it is very little tho. i know this is really unhealthy... but i hate myself anymore. and ya. help me?

first: NEVER EVER try to loose weight by not eating.

Eat healthy, eat small meals, and often. Eat as much as you like! But again; eat healthy. Vegetables, white meat, fish.... :) If you like veggie food, thats great (but remember beans, eggs or other protein sources!).

then (just my thoughts this:): Is it just that you are hungry, or do you think you might be eating for some other reason? - Many people overeat and/ or smoke for comfort, stress- relief, to pass time and stuff like that. Mayby there is something you need to sort out in your life?

and don't hate yourself! Trust me, that isn't gonna do you any good at all. God has created you just as you are, and you are perfect in Him :D
