A good stable Christian relationship happens between two people with strong faith, a desire to grow together and individually, a strong commitment to each other, common interests and practices, and an appreciation and respect for the differences in each other.

You also need to center your relationship around Christ. By putting God first, your marriage will prosper. :)

A good Christian relationship is not based off of your feelings towards the other... But based off of would this person please God... Would they help me please God... Will we grow together in faith...

There is a saying from Francis Chan it goes like this, "I can't fight with my wife and tell her you made me feel bad yesterday and hurt my feelings, I can't fight with her on stuff that even happened today. It's not because I am holy, I am just too busy trying to follow God..."

The number one thing in a Christian relationship is not, 'how much do I love this person'. It is how much do they love God... I know loving each other is important but you must love God more than yourself and your family to be a Christian...

If they bring you closer to God instead of making you feel farther away.

That's actually pretty good nuns.
: )

In a good Christian relationship you should both get closer to God through it,
not further from Him.
