i haven't been a very religious person. in fact i thought, the spirit within me is what carries me through in life ... up to now.

after learning my wife's infidelity, learning strong enough and that i found myself praying for strength. plenty of times, i whisper under my breath (please god- get rid of these thoughts, please god- i need strength, please god- hope my girls will be okay)

i'm seeking counsel from my church in how to properly pray, what is it to be saved, how to just let go and believe.

My advice would for you to start attending a Christian co-dependence support group such as Celebrate Recovery. You need it more than you know.

I have a church counselor, a personal therapist and also we're going to marriage therapy.
I have supportive friends and family.

All i know is that whatever road i am in.... its going to be a long one.

All I can say,

the road you choose,
the road you live on.

For each things,
there are good and bad sides
attached on the road.

I can't really understand
the situation you're facing on,
I've never get married.

But,
next time,
think more than twice
before taking a real solution.
In that way, it won't ended up
by sadness or even big madness.
