ahhh...i just want to ask some favor fellow Christians please?
Can u suggest to me a good church that i can attend to here in metro manila.?
Coz I'm really looking for the right church. I believe that the Lord will lead me into it.
But i also thought if i can ask some help here since its a Christian site.
I did visit some churches before but i felt its not the right church I'm looking for.
I'm really looking for a church that is not dead in spirit. A church that can help me to grow more in God
A church that believe that Jesus is Lord, and they let the Holy Spirit work and manifest in them.
I need a church that i can feel how much they love the Lord, and they worship him and praise him with gladness.
A church that u can feel the presence and power of God in their ministry.
Please...if you know this church. help me...i will really appreciate all your help. Thank you

You dont have to say what area ur in, but if near megamall, do u know VCF in the vicinity. I dont also know if u are more conservative or what... i cannot really pinpoint other churches right now.

Thank you for all your replies...i really appreciate it. my location is in navotas city. but anywhere around metro manila is fine to me. i just want to really find the right church for me. i heard a lot about victory christian fellowship...i will attend to their church service this coming sunday. :D i just pray that the Lord will lead me in the right church.

How's it going? I was reading your request and I believe you hit the nail on the head, regarding what your looking for within a church. I believe the Lord will lead you into the right place, because it's His desire you fellowship with His body and His Holy Spirit :D Be praying for u sis :D!

I personally do not know the actual number or locations of specific churches in your immediate area, however, I would suggest a church that allows the Holy Spirit to be part of the worship service. Praise music, joyous exaltations, healings, supernatural events, etc. should be natural there. The BIBLE should always be taught, read and discussed. The church altar should always be open for those who need JESUS and for those who want to rededicate their lives. A true CHRISTIAN focused church will have an outreach to the community in some form or fashion. Helping others is always top priority. Those factors help insure that you will learn and grow spiritually. If one does NOT exist. .perhaps you will be part of the foundational members that GOD can use mightily to start a local church that exalts JESUS CHRIST and not rhetoric, old dusty traditions and useless dogma.

Hello friend, I suggest Duolos for Christ. They really honor Jesus first, spirit filled and you will really grow and mature in the Lord for you will be discipled. sa PICC services nila.when you go there just tell someone that you dont belong to a cell group yet so they can help you. :) Be blessed sister!

Hello friend, Your intention for looking for a church is really great. I do hope you can find one.

Allow me to share to you some tips in looking for a church. Above all things, the church must be central to the preaching of the word, the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since God is the God of our conscience, our activities or duties must be edified by decent exhortation of God's word, otherwise, the religious duty will be a fruit of blind faith, and God hates a religion that does not have our heart in it but merely outward forms. And the only way to have our heart into it is for the church to be central to God's word and not to man's traditions or opinions. For our opinions will always be subjective and if the word is subject to us, then the word of God will have no feet or legs but become a frankenstein based on our own imaginations. Church activities follow through from the word being taught as our consciences were edified through the preaching of the word.

Therefore, look for the church that is faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Because the word is literally the life of the church. Without it, all other activities will become hypocritical and thus deceiving others. It is sad that most posts here do not emphasize the faithful teaching of God's word because that is the bread of our Christian life; imagine a life without food will leave us starving to death.

Lastly, many churches will not hesitate to say that they are faithful to preaching God's word even if they're not, so the only way for you to discern is to do your own homework and understand who Christ is if you haven't done so (nevertheless, its a lifetime duty to seek Christ). Because Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me." (Jn 10:27). The only way for the Christian to find a true church is hearing His voice which is manifested through faithful preaching of God's word and that is central to the gospel. If the gospel is central in the pulpit, the church life will likely be central to the gospel as well.

well, it often has more to do with the church members than the church denomination.
Try going to a few different places to see what they preach, then settle where they are true to the word of God.

Hi Angelica Where ever you end be sure to check the Bible for every thing you are taught and ask any questions you have. If they don't answer them then just move on. God Bless you in your search for the truth.

I would recommend Christian Bible Baptist Church located at AFPOVAI Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. Angelica, that could be a church that can help you grow more in the Lord. CBBC Taguig is known for their zeal in Preaching and Soulwinning. God bless you!

Praise God nakahanap ka na invite sana kita sa Victory Churches of Asia sa Robinson Novaliches Q.C. :) ngalang malayo kami sa place mo..mabuti naman nakahanap ka na continue to grow in Christ always remember there is no perfect church ha, one way to grow more in Christ is through your personal devotion. try the VICTORY church, I attended before and its good,
but remember that RELIGION or CHURCH will not save you, but the relationship between you and God, religion is only a gathering for us Christian to built up our faith and Relationship to God.
:) but I'm not telling you to not to go to church.

Hi Angelica,my answer 2 u would be a biblical teaching.I hope to meet you in the rooms,because the is only one church,Jesus being the head its called the body of Christ and u r part of it.First the only thing i heard from u is your will and wants.I need,I want I will really appreciate,I thought,I visited some churches.Now dont take this 2 heart,im going somewhere with this because ive been there.Pray 2 God for his will be done,no matter what church u step foot in,that he would use u to bring something to someone there that would be life changing to them,a kind act or word ,a prayer,a word of encouragement etc.it all about u and God,maybe God want u to bring the light the life the salt the Spirit the Word the fragrance into where ever u go Amen.Just remember god can and will use u no matter were u go.Ive seen it many times in my life and i go 2 churches all over the world.See things the way God sees them.But once again i hope 2 meet u in the rooms,also i am not saying go somewhere that is against biblical teachings and salvation through Jesus christ.Hope this has been helpful.I dont know the area where u live but God does be blessed
