Hey guys thank you for everything that you said to me. i really appreciate it
you show me who God really was and how much he loves me. i did everything that you all told me and i was really happy, i don't know why. i think God give this feeling to me,a feeling of a happy person and wants to live.
i ask God to maintain this feeling inside me so i can move on. well guys i will not commit suicide anymore thank you very much, all of you are so awesome. i will continue to live next year.

maybe i'm just a little frustrated before because i still don't have a girlfriend and a job
i don't know why other guys can get a girlfriend easily, its like buying candies outside and it was so hard when it comes to me. same in getting a job. getting a girlfriend here in the Philippines is hard you know you have to court girls here. it's not as easy as dating in US i wish i live there but its okay i know God has plans for me as you all said. that's why i want to commit suicide before because people can get everything they want normally and easily but i can't. but it's okay i will just depend on God this time. it's God's turn to move my life.

God thank you for my friends here on christianchat
thank you because you put me here on this site were i can say all my sadness.
thank you because you never leave me when i'm sad
merry Christmas and happy new year God and to everyone here on christianchat
happy birthday Jesus Christ Amen
Amen brother I am very happy to hear this. Just like Brainfreeze was saying up there, I too had to reach my lowest point, a point so low even with having everything you want now, and even thought I was Christian then too, but it wasn't enough when my real test hit. I too wanted NOTHING more than death and reached the very end of my ability period, He picked me back up and made me into an all new person literally. Just trust in Him brother and He will clear everything up and guide you to His purpose for you. It's so very real and He wants YOU. I will pray He pour His peace and comfort out on your life.

Hi Dom
I have recently joined ChristianChat and was inspired by your courage to share your sadness with other christians. I struggled for a long time with depression when I was no longer able to work due to severe health problems almost 2 years ago. I have prayed to God, read the bible, and shared my struggles with my wife, friends at church and the pastor. Even though we believe in God, sometimes it is hard to get through dark periods in our lives without help and we can fall back into the same negative thoughts in the future.
First and foremost: always remember that Jesus loves you and He desires to be close to you. Sometimes we feel or think that He no longer cares, but He sent the Holy Spirit to comfort and strengthen us in difficult times.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life"
Mathew 11: 28-30“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. [SUP]29 [/SUP]Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [SUP]30 [/SUP]For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Rev 3:20 [SUP]20 [/SUP]'Behold, I stand at the door and knock (at one's heart); if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me."
John 14:16-18

[SUP]16 [/SUP]I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; [SUP]17 [/SUP]that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.[SUP] 18 [/SUP]“I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. [SUP]19 [/SUP]After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also. [SUP]20 [/SUP]In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

I hope you are encouraged by these scriptures. I read that you do not have a bible. You can go to the following website and read the bible online if you can not get a bible in the near future https://www.biblegateway.com/
I recommend the New American Standard (NASB) or New International version (NIV). You can type in the Book of the bible to read on top (see the drop down link). The gospel of John or 1 John is a good place to start (recommended earlier in the threads). The scriptures I used are from the NASB).

It is very helpful to join a local church where you can praise God, hear God's Word and fellowship with other Christians.
Hebrews 10: 23-26 [SUP]23 [/SUP]Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; [SUP]24 [/SUP]and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, [SUP]25 [/SUP]not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

Having people who will pray for you and you for them brings powerful healing and an ability to stand in faith.

Mathew 18:20 “For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”
Ephesians 6:10-18

[SUP]10 [/SUP]Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. [SUP]11 [/SUP]Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. [SUP]12 [/SUP]For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. [SUP]13 [/SUP]Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. [SUP]14 [/SUP]Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, [SUP]15 [/SUP]and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; [SUP]16 [/SUP]in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. [SUP]17 [/SUP]And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

[SUP]18 [/SUP][SUP][g][/SUP]With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,

I pray that you hold fast to your new convictions, and that God grants you the desires of your heart as you walk with Him.
I pray that a job opens up for you. If you want to write to me, send me a friend request.

It's good to hear that you're changing your mind. You're not alone and sometimes hearing about other people who deal with certain things reassures us (even though I wouldn't want people to go through what I go through anyway) can make one feel better. The harder one has things, the stronger they become, so don't give in. Here in the States, dating (rarely hear of people courting) is rather superficial if not more so.

suicide is the most selfish act.. even though you think it can solve your problems its really just going to make things worst. i had a friend that actually did it in 2012 and he left all his family in absolute depression probably for life. all his family and was grieving for him… His mom and dad has to live with it every single day of their lives. Do you really want your family and friends to feel this way? why? Is it worth it? Just because you don't have a gf at the moment and have a few problems well let me tell you nobodies life is perfect. There is so much people that care about you and and love you hope you bring all your worries to God He will take care of them God Bless!

its sad to know that sometimes people, because of problems, want to end their lives
now that my grandfather has been in the hospital for days, fighting for his life,i get to appreciate life more.
people invest their time, energy, effort and even money just for a single life to be extended.
im happy that u r giving urself a chance to live.
Live! and give urself a chance to be used by God to give hope to others
God bless u brother dom!

Domdom: This is just the beginning of a wonderful new journey in Jesus Christ! May He bless you and keep you and order your steps!!!

Here is a recommended reading list for you - I recommend for you to read this verse first:

John 14:6

Keep reading past there through all that The Lord says to His disciples!!!

Here are some books from the bible for you to read that will help encourage you in your life in Jesus Christ!

John
Acts
Ephesians
Philippians

Also read The Sermon On The Mount which starts in Matthew chapter 5.

Also read Romans 10:9-10

Please come back to ask any questions you might have and we will continue to pray for you brother!

Be blessed in Christ Jesus! And make sure you find a local church. God bless you my friend.

Rather than asking Him to erase you, why not ask Him to complete you? :D  ;)

next year 2015 i'm planning to commit it (if you know what i mean)
i want to tell god to erase me
im having a hard time dealing with life
i don't have a job,a girlfriend (torpe ako),im ugly, etc.
i don't want to be tested, i don't want to be punished in hell
i don't want to be a part of god's plans or life experiment
i just want to tell god that why he created me?
i don't want to feel pain,emotional pain,depressed,sad,lonely,bitter,jealousy,despair and more
i feel all of that since i was just a kid until now
i know i have the right to tell this to god because i don't ask to be created, i didn't ask for life, i don't want life.
You need to learn about the things life is throwing at you. The more you learn about the things that cause you fear then the more your fears will go away.
