ok so I came on this site well I should say stumbled across but anyway I thought this site would have really cool ppl to chat with about appropriate things but lately all I have come across are men just looking for a quick girlfriend or old men that want to make you feel uncomfortable in everyway possible and when you chat in the main room ppl ignore you like your not even there.... sorry im not an original member or what not but geez don't leave the newbies out.... I will say I am a little shy and not as open as many ppl so when I do find the courage to convers with others and get no response its like wow I just wasted a min of y life lol...

Don't take the cliques personally, I've been her since before the forums, and I don't get greeted in chat either.
There are plenty of nice people her, both guys and girls. Just ignore the creeps and focus on the good ones :)

PS: you can literally ignore people, there is a function in your profile where you can add users to a ignore list.

If you see a mod in one of the rooms, the mods usually in red colour. Just report the creepers. There are some really nice people here. and sadly to say there are some creepers who prey on the young, and newbies. But Please don't let this put you off. As 98% of people here are genuine are friendly and are ok. But report the creepers and if you can? copy there messages and then paste it in a Mods pm box. and they will Ban the person. But you are new, and you should be felt a nice welcome and feel comfortable here, as other new people who join this site. God bless Prettyinpink22.

There are rude people everywhere in the world.
So far CC has repeated failed to install any kind of electrical shocking system
to alleviate the occasional rudeness.

I would say to ignore the creepers and, what I call, the rudies. lol If you give it some time you'll find some really cool people on here, just have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I like the forum better, but will go to chat from time to time. Because of the microphone there are some, not all that will dominate the chat rooms. I hope you stick around, welcome! :D

Yes, that is just part of using a forum on the internet. It happens from time to time. If any people give you problems, report them to moderators who have named with red icons in the chat room. They will help and assist you. You can also click on their named when they pop up and just ignore them. There are some authentic and nice people on here once you get to know them. Give CC a chance and we will prove you what we are. Sometimes, there are people who do not use mic/cam that often because they do not have that function. Sometimes there are people who do have that function (and they can be really creepy. Trust me, we've seen it happen.) This is a very clean site compared to others. :)

I agree with Fenner. I prefer the forums. I just go to the chat room to see if there's anyone I talk with the forums on, sometimes there is, in which case I enjoy having a one on one chat with them, or just giving them a hard time in the main room.

The forums are a nice way to get to know people. I'm not single but I go to the singles forum because they are all nice easy going group that hangs out there, and no one seems to mind that I'm married and middle aged.

Yea i have to agree with everyone here, pretty much comes down to.. we are still on earth so watch for the cave trolls & creepers. Ignore the bad and you will see some cool friends around :)

There are many many nice and genuine people at heart that just like to have friends in Christ regardless of Age or Gender. God Bless You and i hope you find some good friends here that you are comfortable with :)

Chat is ridiculous. I go in there once in a blue moon to stalk people like the creepy-creeper I am. Otherwise, yeah, good luck in there.

But hey! We forum folk aren't too bad...

I've got a mic but no cam,so I don't bother going in the chat rooms. People have to deal with reading my insanity,they shouldn't have to listen to it as well. LOL Besides,when I'm logging on,if my speakers are on I always hear the chat going on in the lounge...ummm,you'd almost have no idea that these people are saved with some of the nonsense I've heard...you think our silly threads are bad...Lord have mercy. lol:rolleyes:

Yes, copy/paste creepy stuff to a mod, or if it isn't THAT bad, just ignore them. Personally, I try to greet all the newbies, but it can be hard when others are trying to talk to you. Also, it takes awhile for people to get to know you. Feel free to talk in the forums more; a lot of people find it easier to get to know others that way. Welcome, Sis :)!
