in my opinion it wasn't blasphemy, and it sounds like you repented.

Jessica, the Pharises Jesus was speaking to were deliberately slandering Jesus, saying He was demon-possessed, among other things. To have a thought pass through your mind is not bad. You should try no tot say it, but don't worry about not being forgiven. :) Just confess it to God, and go on.

The Pharisees were resisting The Holy Spirit, and lying about Jesus. You want to be filled with The Holy Spirit, like Jesus talks about in the gospel of Luke, don't you? God bless you. -JIM

Anyone who thinks they have committed the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit or committed the unpardonable sin certainly has not done so! :)

Jesus still loves you and always will. Nothing you can do will make God to stop loving you as you are His treasure.

You must go to scripture to find the answer. Scripture says blaspheme is unpardonable. To blaspheme you must deny that God is God and Christ is your Savior. It does not mean a moment of anger. It does not mean a moment of doubt, or a moment of questioning God. It means a permanent, this is my core belief. Your core belief in is God.

So take your moment of anger to God and explain you repent of that moment. You have turned around from it and you want your life to be lived in a different way, cleansed of that moment. Now trust God with faith in Him. God says with that He will forget all about your bad moment, it is gone. You must accept God at His word and forget it, too. You never have to ask God to forgive you for that moment ever again, it is done.

What will then happen is that you will be just like a person who had never had that episode in the bathroom, you are a new creature in Christ, completely clean.

God asks you to clean yourself daily with something like the Lord's Prayer. But you never again have to cleanse yourself from that one moment, it is done.

John 10:
[SUP]30 [/SUP]I and my Father are one.

[SUP]31 [/SUP]Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
[SUP]32 [/SUP]Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

[SUP]33 [/SUP]The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
[SUP]34 [/SUP]Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
[SUP]35 [/SUP]If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
[SUP]36 [/SUP]Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Mark 3:[SUP]
28 [/SUP]Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:

[SUP]29 [/SUP]But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

It should be clear to you.......Unless you claimed to be God, or told Yahoshua (Jesus) Christ that he was crazy or demonic after seeing him talk while he had the holy Spirit in him, while here on earth during his ministry before his resurrection or afterward. Or that you accused someone with the holy Spirit of being crazy or having a unclean spirit...you have not committed blasphemy. Repent of this, and ask God to forgive you in the name of Yahoshua (Jesus) Christ :)

No sense in worrying about whether or not you blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Just make sure you don't blaspheme the Holy Spirit in the future.

I'm not sure what your saying in your post. I cant understand really.

But as far as the blasphemy , what you said, thought or did, is not the unpardonable sin .. You didn't do it. This is one of those subjects that actually Take time to study Bible to fully grasp , an understand what it is. I know what it is, so I know you didn't commit it.

Let's not be too nice about this. Calling the Holy Spirit demonic is indeed blaspheme, and is part of the one sin that will get you kicked out for good. And I say part of, because it takes more than just loose lips and bad night. The words have to come from a heartfelt denial of all things Christ. And from the passion in your words it's my guess that isn't the case.

Should you be afraid that you said those words? Oh, absolutely, and they should never cross your lips again. But the fact that you are fearful and repentant makes me think that's not going to be a problem. I pray.

God spoke to many people through dreams in The Bible, so yes they can indeed sometimes have meaning. And Jesus did tell us He will never leave or forsake us, so I think you can take that message to heart :)

In order to blaspheme the Holy Spirit, you must first know Him and have had a relationship with Christ that has allowed the Holy Spirit to work through you and then reject Him. I don't think you have done that. Repent and ask Jesus in your heart and go from there. He is just and faithful to forgive us, He knows our walk is difficult. That is why He experienced it first hand, by becoming a man and tempted in all ways. Seek the Lord.
