But one did rise from the dead and His apostles preached his word and thousands were saved. When the law was given some 3,000 people died and when the gospel was preached some 3,000 souls were saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Show me one verse where law saved a person. No man comes to father except through me. I am the truth the way and the life. Why did law require the sacrifice. Because it was a symbol of the cross. Why did Noah need a boat? God can cause people to walk on water as Peter did. It was a symbol of the cross. Why was Rahab saved by a scarlet thread? A symbol of the cross. Law provides no remedy. How can someone read the new testament and still hold to the law is beyond me. It is clearly shown that it is by faith and not works even in the old testament. Explain, what law did Abraham, Isaac and Jacob keep, Yet throughout the bible He is described as the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. But there was no law, Explain.
