I'm thinking of the song "Made to Worship" to be played on my wedding if I marry someone someday... What's yours? :)

Back when I was in plans to get married, one of the things that I wanted to do (and would likely still do, should I ever be so blessed), is sing Charlie Wood's Lucky Charm at the reception. It's not on YouTube, but you can search the lyrics.

Edit: Orrr maybe you can't. Huh. But you can apparently listen to it on...uh...MySpace...yeah...

I'm so glad no one said "Endless Love" or the theme to "Ice Castles." Not all 80's music is good...

The music has to fit the relationship. For me it would have to be reflective of who we are. Cause thats kind of what music does at the wedding, it lets people know, "Hey this is the way we are, the way we have been, and the way we will be."

So no country songs about how we settled down and we're gonna scrape by with an old pickup truck and a six pack of beer. The closest I would get to something like that would be 3 little birds by Bob Marley. Actually no Country at all...

So with that said I would pick something like...

Roy Orbison - You Got It
Bryan Adams - Everything I do (I do for you)
Katie Melua - If you were a Sailboat
ABBA - Lay all your Love on Me
Jerry Chan - Canon Rock

I walked down the aisle with this song, :)

For the same day edit wedding video that was played at the end of the reception we use this song, Jadon Lavik - this day - YouTube

For our AVP, Love you more by Above the Golden State(With Lyrics) - YouTube

Some of the songs that was played:
Beautiful in white
Marriage Prayer
It takes 3 IT TAKES 3 WEDDING SONG - YouTube
If you could see what I see If You Could See What I See (lyrics) - Geoff Moore & The Distance - YouTube
When God made you When God Made You - Newsong feat. Natalie Grant - YouTube

and a lot more... :D The songs we picked were played at the ceremony and most were played live. At the reception I don't know most of the songs, they just sang songs I'm not familiar and upbeat. :)
