There will be signs in heaven and on the earth, just as the star led the magi to where Jesus was born. At his second coming also signs will appear, The Lord gave to me a word of prophecy several months ago where he exhorted me for judging others and had me write:
"Who has told you who to condemn? Has your Lord been revealed? Have the heavens shaken and rolled up like a scroll? Where in your holy scroll does it say a sinner judges humanity? You are undone, you are fallen wickedness. You have said to yourself, how can God save the murderer when you have condemned millions. Until you repent I do not know you."

Needless to say I have been in a state of penance ever since, and though you my not believe I receive messages from God, The Lord has revealed himself to me, and continues to humble me and teach me by his Spirit. The heavens will roll up like a scroll at the reappearing of Jesus Christ because the scriptures say so and The Lord told me also.

Christ be be with you always.

Meh way I see it I'll be concerned about the blood moons if the moon stays a bloody color in a more permanant fashion after this phenomena is supposed to end. Interesting phenomena though no doubt, especially as has been pointed out that these lunar events occur on significant feast days.

I don't know about Hagee, or what he is teaching, but there is something to signs of the moon and sun because the Bible says so. Meteor showers are refereed to as falling stars/shooting stars too, btw.

We typically think of food when we think of "Feasts", and Spring Summer Winter Fall, when we hear the word "seasons". The same word Moed is translated both feasts and seasons, and either way is misleading.... Appointments would be more accurate. From here to eternity is not sufficient to make sense of the signs in the heavens, without using our Creator's calendar. Almighty provided a clock for those who will be watching, He put them high up in the sky where no man could tamper with it.

If Almighty is the same today as yesterday and always, (and He is) the Fall Feasts will be fulfilled by Messiah just like the Spring Feasts was with His first coming...

Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets) will be fulfilled at that appointed time
Yom Kippur (day of Atonement) will be fulfilled at that appointed time
Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) will be fulfilled at that appointed time

This pastor has a lot of good information at this link below. He talks about the significance of the blood moons, but he does not predict a "year" of the Messiah's return. I know some members here have said this pastor is a false prophet, but that's not true, he makes no claims, just good study of the Word, and data from NASA, and historical events. I can't remember if his 9th of av, or Purim events throughout history are on this vid, but that of itself is compelling. I hope you will check it out.

God gave the sun, moon and stars.
The bible said there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars.

Mind if I ask why you say this? is it impossible for something here on earth to happen which is so severe, it makes the blood look red? why do we have to make a symbol out of everything? I am just asking.

I think we have to remember, John wrote things as he saw them in his own language., A falling meteor for centuries were called falling stars. because that is what it looks like.

And there have been meteors hitting the earth for thousands of years. And they have not caused the destruction of mankind.

Another thought (which can not be proven, but would perfectly fit) is that John saw intercontinental ballistic missles. Again to him, it would look like a star falling from heaven. This too could cause the moon to turn red..

we should not make a symbol out of it, just because we may not know what it is. Then again at the same time, We should not be so set in our ways we demand it is a missile attack, or a meteor hitting earth. We will not know till it happens.

The Lord revealed to me that the corporate church is vain and has left him and committed adultery with the world. The corporate church no longer loves him, but loves the world. The corporate church no longer seeks how to please God, but only seeks to please the world.

Just as as the chosen fell from grace for rejecting Jesus Christ, so also the corporate church is fallen. So that all of humanity would understand that only God saves the world, no human has helped God save the world, God saved the world before the world began in Jesus Christ.

The Lord revealed to me that the corporate church is dead in trespass and sin and only those who are dead in Christ are his children, there are two deaths, one of man and one of God. If we die with Christ then we will be raised from the dead in the same way that Jesus was raised from the dead.

The Lord revealed to me that many say that they are alive in Christ, but refuse to die with Christ. No one is alive unless they die in Christ. "By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for others." 1John 3:16
This is the evidence that we love God that we lay down our lives for the sake of others, there is no greater love than this and God has called us to his great love.
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" Matthew 7:21 "Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will but your will be done." Luke 22:42

I am not making them symbols. This is simply how they are presented repeatedly through out scripture.

This language use is not unique to John and he is not seeing ballistic missals or meteor strikes any more than Isaiah, Ezekiel, Joel, or Haggai were. The language is simply symbolic of the destruction of a nation.

According to Merriam Webster a 'symbol' is...

something that stands for or suggests something else by reason of relationship, association, convention, or accidental resemblance; especially : a visible sign of something invisible <the lion is a symbol of courage>

So what is the 'invisible' calamity all these 'symbols' refer to in Rev 6?

you're either lazy or confused.
loving the sin and rebellion and riches of the world is idolatry.
God loved the world in this way: He gave His only Son to lay down his life for sinful humanity.

do you love the world enough to lay down your life? not so far it seems. i didn't see your name on the list of martyrs.
this is typical of people who say these things because they just don't want to bother going to church and won't submit to church discipline established in apostolic doctrine.

I did. Almost all of the things you posted concerned things which have not happened yet, the great and terrible day of the Lord when he strikes his anger on the earth, and punishes the Lord.

So again, Why would we take them as symbolic?

I think John is more like Daniel also.. where he saw things he could not describe, and put them in the best way he could.

To say it is not ballistic missiles would be dangerous and a mighty assumption. God can do anything he wishes.

So I asked, Did he say something about idolatry in the catholic church.

You could have answer no, but now it seems you are just another one of those who received word from themselves.
