We can argue about that any old time. There's lots of threads for that. Right now we're arguing about letters.

I remember a doctor with the US armed services who was stationed in the Marshall Islands, where they were doing missile tests. The mosquitoes were really bad that year, and they decided it was because they had too many cats on the island. Cats left droppings, which mosquitoes allegedly used as breeding grounds. He told his friend, "We're involved in missile tests that will directly affect the free world, but in our spare time we discuss cat turds."

So yeah... we can argue politics any time. Right now we're talking about letters. :cool:

As far as I know, mosquitoes breed in water, not cat droppings. Maybe these were special mosquitoes?

This has been a very enlightening thread to go through, I have learned a lot here and want to thank you all for posting. PLAN ?

Okay if we know that the internet is evil and is full of devil worshipers maybe we could all string up lima beans all year long and not only on Christmas as Mexican air fresheners complimented by some dried prune smells and elder berry smells along with the stale fish threat and have some pink flamingos placed in strategic locations To ward off the woodchucks. even though going to bed early is evil we could still go to sleep ( no discrimination against married people)
and rig up and alarm using jimmy buffet music or maybe some grateful dead tunes with loud granola crunching sounds in the background. The threat of pigs flying over us would not be a concern as they make WAH Wuh sounds anyhow and that would wake us all up no doubt. same woud be true for mexican jumping beans unless one sleeps withteir mount open. Cat droppings could be a concern even if we feel that breeding mosquitoes is not the real threat from them. So the formation of a cat dropping committee may be a good idea. Maybe grant money would be possible from dems or reps of maybe it could be included in the bahamacare program if we work It right. Also not sure how to address a large cat called Lynx...you guys need to deal with that one.... voting?? maybe a trip to Peru? And if anyone is bored riding a tricycle is away san option especially with elephants around. Missles...almost overlooked missles....hmm... yeah welcome back Banana I am sure you can address the missles so we can rest assured the earth will be saved for the chocolate.. Of couse in time we may learn more about the fact that
