Woke up, got out the snow shovel, went outside..........35 degrees, clear skies.....WUT?

Came back in, turned on the TV, now they say........well, it should be here around 2PM.............seriously?

Anyway............who knows.........goodness..........these guys can't tell us what's going to happen in the next 12 hours with perfect clarity.................BUT they know EXACTLY what the earth's climate/temperature was a billion years ago?
It's because it is old history.......

Actually, they are quite sly in how they go about these things.................

When they discuss todays or tomorrows weather.........they call it a "forecast." Why? Because, soon enough they will be proven right or wrong...........and, the greater percent of the time, they miss it.

When talking about "climate change," "global warming," and using data from a billion years ago to support their claims, they call it "science." Why? Because they know full well that there is no way to prove them wrong about what the weather, temperature, climate was a billion years ago, other than in BROAD descriptive language...........ICE AGE, THAW, DROUGHTS......etc.

Cunning little foxes they are.

another tactic they use is never following up on what they report. I read a story years ago about by 2015 60% of the shrimp in oceans would be gone due to climate change, shrimp would $25 a pound, blah blah blah. well it is 2015 have not seen or heard anything about it. where are the stories owning up to the fact that another big miss for the c.c people has happened. oh, there is not any.

Pastor just called, tonight's service canceled due to weather warnings..........well, I guess it IS REAL this time......sigh.....

Still, we are way better off than those who are suffering up in the North East. May God keep and protect them.

So, it's past 5PM, and no snow. Looking at all the available Radars I can, all I see is a large rain shield still making it's way from Louisiana, across Mississippi and into Alabama and Georgia. Been raining here since about 2AM........I don't see any chance of us getting snow. Now, just 40 or 50 miles North of us, they already have 3 to 4 inches, with more expected through the night. Anyone who is familiar with the South will know this: Interstate 20 is the dividing line between snow/sleet/ice and just rain.

North Carolina.......Raleigh I believe, is predicted to tie or break a record for largest snowfall.........11 to 12 inches tomorrow.

Praying for you guys, 'cause I know we got several here from North Carolina.

We've had so much cold, snow and ice here, that I have had to check many times to make sure I was still in SOUTH Carolina and not been transported back to Indiana somehow. We got several inches of snow last night. When we just get half an inch we get closings across the tv screens that read..."Town of ***...CLOSED" It's crazy this year!

I think this is an awfully good choice. You need to work on your Roll Tide attitude, of course, and maybe fix up your accent a bit, depending of course on where youre heading, wouldnt be necessary up in florence and places like that...goes without saying, really. I know youre gonna enjoy your stay, and most likely youll be staying:);).
