I am afraid I don't Tintin. You would probably know more about what is out there in comparative religion than I. I do not usually spend a lot of time researching other religions. At least I haven't in a number of years. Thanks for the new book title I would enjoy reading that.
No worries, brother. I really would love to find a book that looks for all of the godly truths within other religions. eg. like the allusions to Noah and his family and the Great Flood in Hindu writings etc. Thanks anyway.

Made me think of a little incident with the 1st wife when we were in our 30s. She had one of her "womens" magazines that featured a 50 something gal. Nice looking gal, and my wife sez to me "I hope I look that good when I am her age".
And me, diplomacy being my strong suit, sez to her "Honey you don't look that good now".
Where is that fly swatter I think I need to hand it to your wife for use.... on you know who....

The best way to remember your age is to carry a copy of your birth certificate around. It's also helpful in remembering you name.

If I could just remember where I put it.

Anyway momma just said dinner was ready. I'm looking for my glasses so I can find the table.

hubby always wanted that to be his reality as a kid.
but both his parents--first generation Americans.

I probably couldn't remember my name if it wasn't printed on my driver's license.

i just saw (but haven't read) a book claiming some of the first slaves here
in the 1600s were Irish. my dad had enough Irish in him he looked like a
large leprechaun.

very twinkly green eyes, full of mischief. :)
