I did it! Caught up with the end of the thread!

I do speed read, but I obviously don't scroll very fast. I started on the last page of the thread, and when I got to the bottom, two more pages were there.

This place is fast in the morning!

Still morning here, I think it might be the middle of the night in Australia right now, mom!

we finally convinced her that the treadmill is evil....
Now seriously, Can someone explain why we pay for exercise equipment and gym memberships, when we can walk and run outside for free?

good morning. :)

why are there not more Australians in this thread? :(
are you all too busy seeing our future?
Schiz, it's hard enough to tell time, as is, and just when I was getting a notion of big and little hands...

In honor of those sweet tooths,

I put my own gym together, with free weights and a universal, and I have an indoor bike for winter, and an outdoor bike for summer. Not working out right now, because the knees are so messed up by RA. But hopefully soon!

I wouldn't mind going to a pool and doing some swimming. Where I live, a lot of people have small pools, but I think I would prefer just to swim straight ahead, no turns, like I did in Mexico last fall. Maybe the lake when it gets warmer!!
