When that happens call the Po Po and tell them you don't know if a domestic fight is going on but you hear the yelling and if a woman is one of the yellers you fear for her safety.....they will come and shut them up..... two guys they will still come when it is late at night and shut them up.....the nerve of noisy neighbors.... and you can pray.... Dear Lord please make them be quiet.....might be a neat experiment to see who takes care of it first....
I know when I have been driving stopped at a light with people yelling at each other in the car with window open or my neighbors were arguing at night as I lay in bed......I would pray Dear Lord help them to remember when they loved each other.....neighbors used to quiet down pretty quick....don't know results of the people in the car....but our whole world need people praying for other people.....sin sick it is.

Thank you keepitsimple! Wonderful to see you! Good morning!....Lol...yes us girls made it home safe...just rather late!...My breakfast recipe I made was called a. Turkey Roll Over....Its really good...see you eat a piece of turkey then...roll over and go back to sleep for a bit! Uh hee hee!...lol...ttyl...love and God bless you all!
For me it is down to TRUST not whether I love them or not. I love them,BUT I DON'T TRUST them. (And I TRUST the raptor more,I KNOW the RAPTOR is going to try to eat me,not quite sure what the politicians are going to do) And I trust the raptor more than some of the Republican politicians too. 
Love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. I keep being told these are the two great commandments...NT style....I just want to see some of that in action.....I know I fail plenty in that department too... was just reminding all of us...

Yes He does,but often times people WILL use the party to claim whether one is Christ's or not (Not that all do). I have seen it from BOTH sides. Every single person was created in the image of God. The problem is THAT is often forgotten and ALL of us were in the same boat. Too often the real problem is that many are trying put the cart before the horse. The hearts and minds of men MUST BE CHANGED first BEFORE the changes can come in the politics.
And for too many it's not about whether the person is SAVED or not,but it's what can that person do for me. Our King told us our first and most important job is to preach the Gospel. It is BY the gospel that their hearts and minds will be changed. That MUST come first BEFORE we can ever see any real Godly changes.

I would be the last person to advocate anybody remain in an abusive situation ... verbal or otherwise. But I do sense that his outbursts when drinking are a result of his fragile male pride being hurt. His attacking words seem to be saying as much from where I'm reading. I am fairly convinced that he's feeling inadequate ... and that this inadequacy has now been exposed to others. Not an easy thing for a man to live up to ... and face. And also not necessarily true. But in his mind, I'm guessing this is how he's viewing it and thinking that this is how others might be seeing it as well. For the short term Heather, I would try my best to reassure him of your sorrow and regret for the past ... and tell him that you are willing to give him some time to heal and learn to trust you once again. But also make it clear that this doesn't mean that you are willing to put up with nor condone his drunken' tirades while the two of you go thru the healing process. This will establish your genuine repentance and your desire to leave the past behind where it belongs ... but will also reaffirm in his mind that you are neither willing nor able to endure any further torment from him. In simpler terms, he needs to know ... 1) That you are genuinely sorry for past mistakes (and he should by now, I would think) and ... 2) That you can't and won't tolerate his constant reminders of such whenever he's had a few too many drinks. I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet. But I would remain firm ... loving ... and also vigilant in this regard. You and he are in my prayers dear sis'.
