So god gave grace to the apostle that denied his son and we mere mortals can not find it in our hearts to give grace to Simiel.

What your missing is that if God gave grace to someone so close to his son for denying that which he knows to be true then surely those who don't know Christ at all would be given grace too in understanding that they know not

its better to never know Christ than to know him and turn away from him. If you take the words by the letter then Peter should exist no where on the grace list, but only if you understand the word spiritually as it is intended.

there are no special bi-laws to mat 10-33. Only what and how man needs to rationalize it for themselves.

Peter did not deny Christ's divinity, he denied knowing him to a hostile crowd. Ultimately Peter was crucified upside down for his faith in Christ which speaks volumes to his personal growth. Keep simiel in your prayers, as I will, perhaps God will open his eyes and heart to His glory.

I just looked it up cause I was curious. Then I thought that I'd share with other who are reading this thread. I determind that this comparison was pretty wild. Not to belittle at all. I'll take some time on this thread and try to understand what's happening and why.

Christ was patient with anyone who was repentant.

Someone claiming to be God wouldn't be welcome to hang out in my church either.
