yes - the massive cover up has been uncovered - Dinosaurs were uncovered buried alongside and along with modern animals, modern plants and modern birds and no one was told - see DVD and book at www.TheGrandExperiment.com /living fossils by Dr.Carl Werner - come home now - wincam
How old were the fossils that Werner allegedly found in the same layer as dinosaur fossils?

Would you be kind enough to rewrite your cryptic post so that it's plainly understandable to a general audience. I'm an intelligent guy; however, I have no desire to try and interpret anyone's personal cryptic conspiracy-speak.

This is really great news!

I'm happy primarily because it was about to cross over into a situation where the U.S. government was violating it's own Constitution with respect to severity as it relates to the "cruel and unusual punishment" in the eighth amendment.

Secondly, I'm happy for the people involved. Ken definitely paid his "debt to society" with respect to all of this in my opinion.

Now let's see if he's stuck-on-stupid or changes his behavior to conform with the present rule of law, that while imperfect and in need of real reform, isn't so out of whack that he shouldn't conform his behavior to align with it.

I hope he adjusts his thinking and behavior to avoid future incarceration and continues entertaining us with the traveling Kent Hovind and friends circus show.

And the federal government DOJ went after him with the "whole kitchen sink" attempting to bury him forever. Dr. Kent Hovind's Blog | Notes from Conversations with God & Study

They tried him in March 2015 but the jurors wouldn't rubber stamp it this time so they prosecutors were going to retry him again but thankfully the judge finally put a stop to it.

C'mon man, you made me spit out my coffee.

If wincam can't figure out what's he's talking about such that he can adequately explain it, I'll tell you what he really means.

LOL.

You get a lot of that from evolutionists.
So why don't you explain for the benefit of us what a pseudoscience is?

What are the characteristics of a pseudoscience and what are some examples?

I'll give you a clue.

Think Dr. Dino (Kent Hovind) talking about astrology.

And don't forget to reference major federal court decisions in your answer.

Not to worry, if you can't explain pseudoscience, I'll explain it for you.

And I'll explain why YEC is pseudoscience.

When Dr. Dino does get released from prison, if he uses the "Fred Flintstone did not pay taxes" argument again he won't be walking the street for long.

But I too can't wait for his new Dinosaur Adventure Land where you can ride a real T.rex, if you use your imagination or LSD.

One thing Dr. Dino can do, like Ken Ham and his Creation Museum, is part the gullible from their money.

What's he talking about? Seriously, I couldn't decipher it. Does it have anything to do with aliens?

Haha, the Fred Flintstone did not pay taxes argument had me laughing. That's funny.

You're entirely right, however. The government declined to retry him without prejudice which means they can retry him in the future if they so choose.

Which means that if kent keeps breaking the law, they will bring new charges for that along with the old ones from the past and attempt to bury him as a felon (e.g. repeat offender) forever and that would be the last of him in our lifetimes other than some prison phone calls posted to his blog.

Let's hope Kent has learned his lesson with respect to paying taxes. I don't want to see him go back to prison. He's not really a criminal in the traditional sense, in my opinion. He's just a nut case who won't pay his taxes and behaves disingenuously out of paranoia when the government braces him for it.

Hopefully, he'll get a good certified public accountant now and stop cooking the books. Yabba dabba do.

I was just listening to chat and people defending Dr. Dino (Kent Hovind) and his pseudoscientific malarkey and stating that he was falsely imprisoned.

Not to mention somebody said there is evidence of human footprints right alongside dinosaur footprints.

Dang, that was some funny stuff.

Do you think Dr. Dino is a total fraud or the best thing since sliced manna?
It would be wise, to first do research on a particular subject, before trying to discuss that particular subject. Google is a good place to start. i Googled "dinosaur footprint human" and tons of pictures of fossils came up, some of them showing what museum they currently residing at.

Also i would like to point out, just because someone teaches something different than what you believe is the Truth, does not make them a fraud. What makes a person a fraud is supporting evidence, Facts, or Scriptural Truths, the shows that what that person is teaching is a Fraud. If you accuse Mr Hovind as being a fraud, then give us your reasoning as to why you THINK he is.

i will not say one way or another. However what i will say, i found nothing he taught to be contrary to Scriptures, If he said something that was contrary to Scriptures, then i too would believe he is a Fraud based on teaching things contrary to Scriptures. But as i said before, i found nothing he taught contrary to Scriptures, and therefore can't say one way or another if he is or is not, i would lean towards is not, until such evidence, facts, or Truth be revealed to indicate otherwise.

I've located the source of these conspiracies circulating amongst liberal marijuana smokers:

He lives at 11000 pothead avenue in marijuanatown, USA and has a new book coming out. You'll want to be sure to pick up a copy.

Excuse me?

You are the one who needs to do some research besides doing a Google on "dinosaur human footprint."

So tell me, what are the names of these museums where fossils proving dinosaur and human coexistence are?

The Carnegie Museum of Natural History? The Smithsonian?

One thing that makes a person a fraud is being convicted of numerous felonies that fall under the broad category of fraud.

Think Dr. Dino (Kent Hovind).

You can thank the Dutch for providing the smoking gun evidence.

'Moon rock' in museum is just petrified wood - Technology & science - Space | NBC News

The astronauts and the US government officially gave the Dutch rocks they claimed were from the moon and those rocks turned out to be petrified wood. The moon landing was faked, it is no conspiracy.
Yet another distortion of the truth and misrepresentation by a YEC.

The "moon rock" described in your article weighs 89 grams.

The four moon rocks officially given to the Dutch weigh a half gram in total.

Indeed. The fake moon rocks were petrified wood samples handed out unofficially by the astronauts on their global tour as personal mementos, nothing more.

Actual Apollo 11 Moon Rocks and Apollo 17 Goodwill Moon Rocks were officially given to various nations by the Nixon Administration. Tests were conducted on those, by the nations of the world, and they tested positive as lunar moon rocks.

Of course, various private con artists have sold forgeries on the open market and actual moon rocks have been stolen from museums over the decades. Some of the latter have been recovered.

Honestly, it's fairly easy for scientists to determine whether or not a rock is of lunar origin or not. Washington University in St. Louis explains how here: How Do We Know That It's a Rock from the Moon?

As the head geoscientist there explains:

"Any geoscientist (and there have been thousands from all over the world) who has studied lunar samples knows that anyone who thinks the Apollo lunar samples were created on Earth as part of government conspiracy doesn't know much about rocks. The Apollo samples are just too good.

They tell a self-consistent story with a complexly interwoven plot that's better than any story any conspirator could have conceived. I've studied lunar rocks and soils for 40+ years and I couldn't make even a poor imitation of a lunar breccia, lunar soil, or a mare basalt in the lab. And with all due respect to my clever colleagues in government labs, no one in "the Government" could do it either, even now that we know what lunar rocks are like.

Lunar samples show evidence of formation in an extremely dry environment with essentially no free oxygen and little gravity. Some have impact craters on the surface and many display evidence for a suite of unanticipated and complicated effects associated with large and small meteorite impacts.

Lunar rocks and soil contain gases (hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, neon, argon, krypton, and xenon) derived from the solar wind with isotope ratios different than Earth forms of the same gases. They contain crystal damage from cosmic rays. Lunar igneous rocks have crystallization ages, determined by techniques involving radioisotopes, that are older than any known Earth rocks. (Anyone who figures out how to fake that is worthy of a Nobel Prize.)

It was easier and cheaper to go to the Moon and bring back some rocks then it would have been to create all these fascinating features on Earth. [After writing these words I learned that virtually the same sentiments had already been expressed by some of my lunar sample colleagues. See here: The Great Moon Hoax - NASA Science ]

But the potheads don't care. They just load up another bowl and smoke it down and it all makes "sense" to them once more...

Anybody can research it, it is not rocket science, i need say no more on the matter, it is simple to understand, laymen have enough intelligence to work it out for themselves.

pseudoscience what are some examples?
Evolutionists claim that human beings and apes both evolved from an ape-like creature but there is no real proof that this event actually happened, evolution is based largely on assumptions, a lot of dating methods also have assumptions applied to them. Evolutionists claim that random chance and natural processes can best explain the existence of all natural phenomena, yet they fail to explain what natural processes brought about the universe in the first place. The list is endless.

And don't forget to reference major federal court decisions in your answer.
What?, odd indeed.

YEC is pseudoscience.
I presume YEC stands for Young Earth Creation?, i don't observe a young earth.

How old do you believe the earth is?

Do you believe that scientific dating methods are reasonably accurate?

For example, do you believe that carbon dating can give a reasonably accurate date for a fossil that is 10,000 years old?
