ok does everyone know adam sandler? I used to watch his comedy acts when he was young he is apparently part jewish and he made a joke saying he was in a basket ball team in school and he stepped on the court when the referee yelled FOUL he said I didn't do anything the referee said you killed Jesus
it wasnt the Jews that killed Jesus. Jesus was king of the Jews and im pretty sure he wasnt in on it. the ones that killed Jesus was a few Jewish and Roman leaders . there were Christian that went to Ireland, India, etc and murdered thousands, maybe millions, that doesnt make Christians murderers, just a few corrupt Christians leaders. just like those Jews at the time of Jesus.

There is no longer such barriers. They have been broken down. They will not be rebuilt.
The Restoration of Christ will harken to what preceded the nation of Israel, and what preceded the Fall.

Jews are saved the same way Gentiles are, through the shed blood of Jesus.
Wouldn't they have to accept Jesus as their Messiah, though? The only section that does and still debatable to be considered as Jews are the Messianics.

Jesus was an Israelite.Today a ''Jew'' can mean anyone and I doubt the word was even around in Jesus time. Most of modern Israel's population are not native but in fact European,Turkish,Russian and Kazarian decent who's ancestors converted to Judaism and colonized modern Israel in 1948 .The university of Tel aviv did a study on this and found very little of the abrahamic gene in Israel but rather it was found among the people of Palestine.

The Jews formed the linage of Jesus.

The original Jews were the chosen remnant who God revealed himself to, in
order to bring salvation to the world through Jesus. They were special, more so than
any other group of people on earth. Not many can claim to be the great, great, great,
great, (just imagine a lot of greats) grandfather of Jesus.

The difficulty is that with the appearance of Jesus he fulfilled the OT but many
Jews did not recognise their own prophesied massiah.

I remember someone telling me the New is in the Old concealed. The Old is in the
New revealed speaking of the Old and New Testaments.

incidentally there are many messianic Jews who do believe in Jesus and accept the
New Testament teachings.

As for the rest of us Gentiles, we are grafted into the true vine when we come to salvation.

John 10:17,18

17Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. 18No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Well now there's an interesting theory...
Yet it pleased the lord to bruise him,he had put him to grief:when thou shalt make
his soul an offering for sin,he shall see his seed,he shall prolong his days, and the
pleasure of the lord shall prosper in his hand. Isaiah 53:10

Yes,anti-semitics have been using that for years to murder Jews.Unfortunately the church has been a part of that through history.

The Jews delivered Jesus over to the Romans to be put to death.
The high priests delivered him. His first converts and followers were Jews.

Not to sound superior but Jesus actually gave up His life.He said "I lay it down and can take it up again".

I have heard some Christians bash against the jews saying they are not saved and such, I don't know a lot about the Jews but umm Jesus was a Jew so....
There is NO OTHER NAME under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

No man comes to the Father except by Me.

Unbelieving Jews who do not respond to the Messiah cannot be saved.

Well now there's an interesting theory...

"
Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand." (Isaiah 53:10)

So, in a sense, both are correct. In afflicting Him, and He Himself laying down His life willingly for the lost.

Then the chief priests and the elders of the people were gathered together in the court of the high priest, named Caiaphas; and they plotted together to seize Jesus by stealth and kill Him (Matt 26:3-4)

But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowds to ask for Barabbas and to put Jesus to death. But the governor said to them, “Which of the two do you want me to release for you?” And they said, “Barabbas.” Pilate said to them, “Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said, “Crucify Him!” And he said, “Why, what evil has He done?” But they kept shouting all the more, saying, “Crucify Him!” (Matt 27:20-23)

Therefore the chief priests and the Pharisees convened a council, and were saying, “What are we doing? For this man is performing many signs. “If we let Him go on like this, all men will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.” But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all, nor do you take into account that it is expedient for you that one man die for the people, and that the whole nation not perish.” Now he did not say this on his own initiative, but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus was going to die for the nation, and not for the nation only, but in order that He might also gather together into one the children of God who are scattered abroad. So from that day on they planned together to kill Him. (Jn 11:47-53)

Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole Roman cohort around Him. They stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” They spat on Him, and took the reed and began to beat Him on the head. After they had mocked Him, they took the scarlet robe off Him and put His own garments back on Him, and led Him away to crucify Him. (Matt 27:30-31)

Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know— this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death. (Acts 2:22-23)

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.(Rom 6:23)

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Rom 5:8)

For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Cor 5:21)

A jew who is saved by grace is a christian. so not sure of what your asking.

As or who killed Jesus

1. we did (our sin)
2. Satan did (he thought it would give him victory, and instead proved he was a liar, God used him to defeat his own lie and make a mockery of him)
3. Jesus allowed himself to die (physically, "father into your hands")
4. God did as prophesied, and prolonged his life (resurrection)

Look at this in Jesus' eyes please. There is no "VERSUS". Jew, Arab, Christians, Eskimoe, French, South African...matters not...God would have NONE PERISH. You, as a CHRIST follower should want the same. When the word "VERSUS" is put between two names, it only means competition, hatred or condensension.

At the end of the day it was God who killed Jesus.
Jesus said and I believe that He died to pay the penalty for our sins so that we could be forgiven.

If you think you know more about it than Jesus does; I worry about you!
