When I was an editor for our student paper, my coworkers and I had a quote wall for that kind of stuff.

When you start using text language as your speaking language. Things like "lol" or whatever. ...Don't ever get back on a computer again.

Hello Frank, ho. are you this evening? I am hungry right now ;)

Doing good, how about you?
I just had dinner, leftovers, wife not home yet.
She stayed at the hospital all day with April.
Jim brought Marie out here to show her the
house where they are going to live. Her or
April had not seen it. Jim said April was
sleeping when they left. She's doing good
from what he said, I'll know more when my
wife gets home in a couple of hours.

You best get you something to eat, or snack
on till you get home. It will make you feel
human again.

I am glad to hear April is doing well, and it must be such a comfort to Jim and Marie to have such a caring friend to take them under his wing when they needed a hand and had so many concerns about their beloved daughter.

Ack, it is too late for lunch now, almost time to go home! I will wait... though I have some dried fruit here :)

When is your Bible study?

I skipped class today, I've been up for 52 hours.
Just not up to making that long trip today, I was
at the hospital a little before 4:00 am. It was worth
it all to be with her, she was scared pretty bad today.
We finally got her to calm down, she got really upset
with them shaving her head again. She should not
have had any fears today, the first operation, was the
one everyone was worried about.
God blessed us all with everything going right, that's
the main thing. I'm ready for her to come home, as
she's ready to move out here. We didn't tell her about
that until her birthday party. She's ready to ride the
horses, and a few other things.

Funny.

Actually, there was a post a few months back by JSR (out of all people) that made me laugh for about 10 mins.

52 hours is way too long to go without sleep  That is why I was wondering how much coffee you drink... I know some people say it does not affect them in terms of sleep but I find that hard to believe... maybe just because my eyes will not even shut if I have caffeine after two or three in the afternoon, I am still bug-eyed at three in the morning LOL. But that is good you are not driving that long distance on so little sleep. I was awake at three this morning and online as you know... when I finally got up after my alarm rang for an hour I was nodding off on the couch LOL

That is an awful load for such a small child to carry having to undergo so many invasive operations. I bet she can hardly wait until she gets to come home and spend more time with you, doing the things you have planned. Those thoughts must really comfort her in the wee small hours. Does she have cow girl boots and a hat yet?

I don't drink enough of coffee to keep me awake, it's my meds.
I drink my coffee before 9am, as I get up after midnight.

Yea, she's been through a lot in her young life, my goal is to make
her forget about everything and be a child. She's never been close
to a horse much less ride one. All my horses are gental, so no
worries there. She's never seen a cow/calf up close, she'll be in awe
the first month or so. If she wants to dress up as a cowgirl, all she
has to do is say so.
She'll do fine out here, other than the other wildlife she may want to
pet. I told Jim to get her a good dog, one that will protect her from
whatever. I have 2, but they haven't been around children that small.
Well, I see lights comming down the drive, must be my beautiful wife
comming home. I guess I best hop off here and find out how April is
doing.

Well, it's time to say good evening friends. Rest well.

My thought for the evening.

God makes a promise.
Faith believes it.
Hope anticipates it.
Patience quietly awaits it.

Goodnight everyone.
