Sorry, JL, I have yet to give you a 'way to go' on your new addition. Very sharp looking little guy. Looks like a thinker. Congrats. Hows he get along with tourist, is he gonna be more a 'his' or a 'hers'?

I went back and told her it was done and this look of panic came over her face when she realized what I had done and she called the doctor and he came in....This machine is usually only done by the doctor and I should not have touched it.

The Doctor came in and was cussing and yelling not at me but at the nurse and I felt three inches tall, horrible and wished the floor would open up and swallow me.... I had asked but the nurse didn't come and see what I was asking about and even though it really wasn't my fault I felt responsible because I had emptied it. I probably set the patient back two or three days more of a stay in the hospital and that was the good outcome it could have been a lot worse as his lung could have collapsed.

There was a review board and the nurse and myself had to go and answer a lot of questions.... I was not found at fault even though I emptied the jar as I had asked my supervising nurse for directions and had received the wrong ones.... But I still felt so bad and it is the worst thing I did working as a nurses aid.

So yes, things happen to make us feel really bad at times....but then there are those moments that things go the right way like when a lady visiting another patient asked me if I would mind taking her blood pressure and when I did it was like 230/190 and I said very calmly to her..... I don't want to alarm you but I recommend that you go see your doctor right away because your blood pressure is very high. A few days later she was visiting again and said dear thank you so much I believe you saved my life as she had been put on some medication to help lower her blood pressure and her doctor was treating her for this problem.... So there is good with the bad..... Don't be too hard on yourself.....

Well Blond is at home all the time so he gets used to that, but the tail is wagging off his body when Daddy gets home and a few barks.....today tourist was off and I found my boys resting together on the couch....so I think so far Gino is treating us with equal unconditional love and we both share taking him out on dog walks for potty breaks.....I do a little more in the day, but Daddy does the night time and early morning.... Gino so far is an equal opportunity lover.....of us both.

Found out earlier today on my way to class that my relatively newborn baby cousin was dropped on his head last night and is in the hospital. I also found out on my way home from school that a close family friend went missing, since this morning. We still haven't found him. When I got home about ten minutes ago, I found out my grandfather has not taken his medication and has been acting strange for two weeks and has not eaten in five days. He's in the same shape he was in when we had to rush him to the hospital two years ago when he had a blood clot in his heart and a stroke. It's been an emotional day and it still is. Please pray.

Have any of you had that moment where you just didn't want worship to end? I know the ones that play it do get tired after awhile.. But tonight it was just so awesome. I was so in tuned with God. And then all of a sudden the worship pastor said he would be playing one more song.. I just didn't want it to end. But man... God really rocked the house tonight.

Dear Father

Ending this day with You and asking that you take care of all those who have been on this thread. You know the needs of each one, the burdens, the physical pain, the physical problems, the financial strain, the broken hearted, the lonely, the wants and needs of each one. You know our joys, happiness, praises and our grateful hearts.

We do come to You with praise for who You are and what You have done for each one of us and we say thank You...
