Doesn't matter. Once you open the floodgates to religious discrimination, its open to everyone. You have people that say the same thing about Christianity's only purpose is to dominate gay people, is a hate group, discriminatory, etc. Cant have halfway religious freedom. You either have it or you don't.
Maybe the American public would do well to appoint a board as unprejudiced in religious matters as humanly possible, to search the New Covenant Scriptures to see if they promote killing those who make themselves your enemy in any way... and then compare to all the Koran verses that promote slaying those that refuse to submit to Islam, or killing those who reject their religion for any other reason.

Christ and Christianity promotes loving your enemies.
Mohammed and Islam promotes killing your enemy.

Perhaps you could do a search for yourself, to see how many verses of the Koran explicitly teach violence. Compare Islam's prophet, the adulterous war mongering pedophile known as Mohammed, to Jesus Christ. Do you believe, for instance, that Islam is a religion of peace?

unfortunately a lot of people have -completely- forgotten about the constitution and think we would be 'safer' in a quasi fascist police state...

oh well...at least the yellow badges will be my favorite color...
The Nazis went after guns. The politicians I support encourage us to carry them to protect ourselves from the animals that the globalists have let it. Your attempt at labeling me or anyone I know a fascist is nothing but flat wrong.

ira (catholic) and uda (prod) etc

i dont see your point mitspa.
My point is that a government must watch any group that have proven itself worthy of watching... Instead we have the political left worried that some preacher might call homosexuality sin....

And we have people claiming to adhere to American values sympathizing with an invasion that will attempt to overthrow them.

I think part of the problem is that we know most of these political refugees/potential immigrants are not terrorists, but they do come from a background, culture, religious/political environment, life style, however you want to portray it, wherein violence is promoted and sanctioned by their holy book. The fact that people so ignorantly deny this is insanity. I wonder how all the people who claimed Islam is a religion of peace feel after seeing what Islam explicitly promotes. Or do they still have their heads stuck up their bee hinds? One does wonder how any Christian could defend Islam knowing it stands opposed to Jesus Christ and Christianity.

I get that we are to love our enemies but allowing them to slaughter innocent people is not love at all.

I agree :) Our national radio station has a show called Cross Country Checkup, and today they were asking experts and regular folk alike how we feel as citizens about the importation of 25,000 Syrian refugees into Canada. Many are not okay under the circumstance of them being rushed, not being properly processed. Our newspaper here late last week told us there was no reason to be concerned because they would be checking the background information of everyone, but the fact is that many of these people simply don't have background information to check, and one would think our officials know that, so clearly we are being lied to.

They are either lying or ignorant...because this is an invasion.

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.

Unlike nearly all of the Old Testament verses of violence, the verses of violence in the Quran are mostly open-ended, meaning that they are not restrained by the historical context of the surrounding text. They are part of/accepted as the eternal, unchanging word of Allah.

The Quran's verses of violence are given the weight of divine command which terrorists take literally.

Islam is incomplete without Jihad.

I think Reagan said that freedom was never more than one generation from extinction. We stand on the precipice and some difficult decisions and roads are ahead for us.

Not at all, I know Islam is an anti-Christian and hate fueled religion. Im not ignorant on what Islamic scriptures have to say. I'm just saying, I don't agree with putting everyone on a watchlist just because they are muslim. As I said before, once you let that be ok for one group it can turn into open season on practically anyone, including Christians. That and it is unconstitutional, aggregiously

i got you, human wisdom v gods wisdom. sin is sin, break one sin, you break them all, in the old covenant.
same as, an eye for an eye etc. my point is , if governments actions, are like or almost like non christian jews.
back in the old covenant. why would you see people that stand up for a new covenant , having political motive for standing up. ie i dont have an army, i dont control anything. just because i have a limited understanding, to why human government are doing it, i cant put gods government to the side, because why would he have changed the covenants, ie standing for peace with all men.

Haven't the American people officially been “enemies of the state” since 1933?

If our govt at least stopped appeasing the muslim community I'd be happy. Instead they let CAIR set the tenor of the conversation and everyone hides under a rock instead of calling Islam what it is. Not to mention our govt beats the crap out of Christians who are just trying to earn a living and get their kids to soccer practice. Part of the problem is that we aren't mad enough yet....but most are anxious about the future and there is a fine line between anxiety and fear. Meanwhile...the Islamist's plot and they plan in their mosques to kill innocent people right here in our own back yard.

You also cannot allow people who want to kill you and your family right thru your front door. That is just silly. Islam is more political movement that it is religion...if one is to be honest about it.
And it is a political movement contrary to the principles of the document our "leaders" have taken an oath to uphold.

What is the source of your expertise on Islam?

Is jihad not a cornerstone tenant of Islam? What is the source of yours? I know enough to know that people who adhere to it are teaching their children to stab jewish children (can provide an article if you like) and strapping bombs on their chests and killing innocent people. Not to mention using their own children as shields in a propaganda war. Islam is a sickening "religion" and mohammed was a child molesting murderous pervert. What else do you want to know?

The Nazis actually made gun laws loser, except for jews and other undesirables. You should research before parroting claims from the NRA.
