Beyond some of the initial, basic things you are already hearing here, I am consistently reminded of His existence... and more importantly, His PRESENCE... by small, daily instances that I could easily dismiss or overlook if I was not attuned to be aware of them.

Small things. Like almost imperceptible mental suggestion such as to where to look for someone others might be trying to locate........ or to just phone or speak to someone, and mention a particular subject...... or to "do" something that might normally be out of character for me.

Something pretty special always seems to happen when I listen to that hardly noticeable urging. And, I usually end up regretting it in some way when I don't.

you said someone introduce you. what you did not say was, how did they introduce you to jesus.
They told me about Him and the personal relationship they had with Him.

would that be before belief or after.

for example
a dream you had, when younger, or a conversation you had.

my point did you have the basic instinct , before you believed or after.

Looking back, I find it has always been there to an extent. To me, the key is to be open to "sensing" ("hearing" in your mind?) even the smallest thing, and ....... MUCH more importantly.... acting upon those "feelings" or "impressions". A lot is said on here about "obeying". Most people take that to mean keeping a bunch of rules they have catalogued from the Bible or from Tradition. I see "obeying" more as moving on those urgings or tuggings... immediately, and without question.

You see, "WE" have, I think, relegated those sensations to the realm of our own finite thinking, which calls them "basic instincts".... as though they just somehow happen to exist in us by accident.

doing what god, told you to do, is obeying. ie phone your friend, help someone cross the road. etc. you don t need the bible for that, but believing god, told you to do it. is the key to growth in him. but the bible the logos for example is open to all reader, yet miss simple things that you point out here willie. yet the logos word, mostly explains what others were told to do for god. yet there revelation is told to others, and people are getting the holy spirit. so there is still power of the truth, in the logos word. ie god told them to do something. so the rhema, is being missed.

my point, what is god telling the modern believer. if they are still stuck in the logos. how is god reveled to modern believer.

I'm about to leave for church, but I need to first say that I think we need to be in sync with all the inputs, leaving none out. Some of us focus only in one area. That ain't cool.

humans all have a soul, willie. touch, taste, hear smell etc.

paul calls them, fruits of the spirit. but used words that describe emotion, love, joy , kindness. etc

yet god, tells cain to control his anger. etc pointing out emotion ,that can be governed.

so, do our emotion , grow, as we age. as dose out understanding. so how is there a link to god, if you already have them.

the problem with gods truth, and humans truths.
the humans has to put it in a book.
yet the book the saviour gave has the same point.
when did god give his opinion, he sent someone else to tell you. i)(the bible)
without education, without the bible, how would you know there is a god.

so the point is simple ,prove there is a god without the bible.

ie
12 For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ.

so the question is simple, how did god show you he was real.
I asked for signs for a year and everything happened. If this doesn't happen I don't believe in God. It went on and on. First I thought oh come on, that's just a coincidence, but after a year I was convinced. The last thing was I won a tennis match while it was 4-0 for her and she played much better. Then I went to a church and got saved.

paul, said one body many parts. would there be a point, that he is making. ie christ jesus is the head.

you take, jesus every ware willie, not just church. so doing, what god told you to do. is the key. (rhema)

is praying, a key factor. some believers, for example are praying for new members in there church. or nation etc

when something we dont understand or why, but by chance. is back to, before or after believing. ie what made, you ask, this question. you got the answer. etc.

without a bible.

for example science believes in the big bang. how did god prove to you. etc
God himself is revealed through creation. The balance in nature, the beauty of the universe, the complex systems that compose matter, the order and structure of natural laws.

God's Son was revealed to me through scripture. Can't separate the written Word from the living Word.

I think I know what your askin...but you know sometimes it's hard to explain.....somethin deep inside you starts to move and questions come and you ain't got a clue where they come from cause you weren't even thinking them....sometimes your going through somethin rough and a voice comes....or somethin inside you feels like it's movin...when He knows its time though, God knows exactly what to do to get your attention.... But it's a whole lot easier if you do it on your own!!!.... OOOOWWEEE....lemme tell ya....

There are times that God wrote with His own hand.

The bible says God's invisible qualities are clearly seen in creation- therefore mankind is without excuse.

I know God because when I was alone, He said He was with me. When I was scared, He comforted me. When I was hungry, He feed and clothes me. When I thought I would die, He told me to live for Him.

Faith is a gift from God, I hope all will receive His blessings
