No you're not. You're asleep. This is a dream. You're about to see dragons and unicorns pop out of your screen.
That only happens when I eat pizza for supper.

The dreams I hate are when you dream that you woke up.... and then dream that you woke up... and after a few runs of this you wonder if you're really awake or are you about to wake up again? Actually even my dream self knew how to deal with that last time it happened - look at a clock. If the clock remains stable on what time it is, I'm awake. If it keeps shifting, I'm asleep. Something about the part of your brain that processes words and numbers is shut down when you sleep.

I can think of worse dreams ... including appearing in a school classroom as a 20 something year old wearing nothing but a cuddly toy ...

Who's awake right now? What are you up to?
Taking time to relax and read forums.

Maybe should contribute... Hm.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why "Voodoo Child" was more popular on this album. It just does not have the same soul to it. The soul in this track is DEEP.

Yeah... oops. Subconscious leaving room for creative interpretation, maybe. Wish i dreamed like that. Some of us barely dream at all, but i'm not sure whether to say you're fortunate or not.

Is it a good thing?

Well it's certainly entertaining. I guess my brain gets bored when I'm asleep.

Which is odd, because when I'm awake I can find any number of ways to amuse myself. Boredom is not an issue.

Interesting. I'm really, stupidly easily bored, always gotta be doing something or other to keep myself occupied. Brain always working at something, all the time.

Other way around.

Lol same here. I found a way to cure mine though. I got a lot of books to read, so whenever I'm bored, it's my reminder to read something.

You're reading this thread. Does a forum count? Or is a book the only thing that officially counts as reading?

Reading posts is fun to me. Reading books bores me. :( And I don't read long posts unless they seem very interesting. Even then I usually just skim through it real fast.

Yeah I used to hate books as well. I used to just read blog posts because they were entertaining, as well as forums. I started reading books (which topics are beneficial to me) recently for at least 20 mins a day. And because they're non fiction, they're even more boring lol. But after months of doing it, I think I'm starting to develop love for books. There still are days when I only get to read a page for 20 mins (re-reading the same page over and over again because I'm either distracted or bored by the subject). It grows on you though.

i used to hate reading books while growing up. i think it was because for school, it's required reading.

So I've been awake since 3:30 am, and it's 7:16 am right now. To say my brain is dumb would be an understatement.

20 minutes? I can't even read a book for two minutes. But I have no problem binge watching my favorite tv shows..
