Who can bring a charge against God's elect???

Well first, you have to convince that person that they are still bound by the Law. Then you show how the law condemns them.


But if that person knows what Christ has done and knows the New Testament they begin to arm themselves against the condemnation of the enemy.

If Satan were freely roaming the world things would be a lot worse, He has to use the minions you mentioned precisely because he is under restraint.
