I feel so lazy when I watch America's Got Talent. There was a teenage girl on there who is a contortionist and can shoot a bow and arrow that is on fire with her foot.

You know what I did today? Laundry.

so at my church, we have an annual fundraiser (yard sale, plate sale, booths, etc).

i was put in charge of games. my response?

"those kids are gonna be soooo bored."

why did they put the introvert/sometimes-anti-social person to be in charge of games???

and on top of that, this whole thing is done outside... in august... in texas.

do they not know me??? lol
Why do I think there will be water baloons, squirt guns, and other such things involved in this? And of course sno cones for the winners.

How often would the skill of needing to shoot a flaming arrow while tied up like a pretzel be needed in the real world? People always need clean undies though. You win.

Did you ever feel that your life consists of endless going in circles with no forward progress?

I feel like that all the time.

Maybe it's because I am a forklift test driver, and my job consists of endless going in circles with no forward progress....
That sounds more like a dream job to me! I'm totally serious too.

I guess I'm getting a haircut today. I was going to grow it out again(it used to be like Thor XD), but I want to try something different. I don't really know what I'll have done. Maybe I'll get there, knock the scissors out of their hands, and run out the door. I guess we'll see wot happens.
Wha happened? Where's the pics???

Orientations? What do they need to do orientations for? When I went to HS it was like, "Here's your textbook, here's what we're gonna learn, here's your homework. Have a nice day.."

I am planning to join Air Force
:p
Ohh I wanted to join the Air Force too because I wanted to be a pilot, but my mom forbid me from joining because she was afraid there'd be a war. I probably wouldn't have qualified to be a pilot anyway because my hearing isn't very good and I didn't get good grades either.. I almost signed up for the army several years later but I chickened out at the last minute. I realize now that they wouldn't have taken me anyway since I am flat-footed.. -_-

I hope its a great experience for you though! :)

Five years ago on this day, my best friend committed suicide.

As excited as I am for today, I can't help but to remember my friend and what she meant to me.

When one thinks suicide only affects their life, they are only fooling themselves. It affects everyone. It's been five years and it's STILL affecting me. It's not something people just "get over." If you know of ANYONE (or even yourself), get some help. There are people who do want you or, someone you know, to be here.
