Why on earth would someone who was in pursuit of the truth be banned? Even God says, Come as you are. At least he spoke from his heart and he wasn't deceptive. Lord knows, we sure can use more honesty and humility around here.

He has made certain insinuations towards some of the members, but is good at hiding it by using wording where you can't say exactly what he said because he will deny it, but it is clear what he meant. I am sure the moderators know what they do though, it's not up to the rest of us to "sentence" banning as I am sure that many of us have been on mercy ourselves now and then :p

He has a terrible attitude and has been nothing but sarcastic to other members. I have reported him for his snide attitude and comments. Who knows maybe it is me who needs to go.

After reading this thread, I have to ask. Which he are you referring to? That description fit several folks, and not all of them are hes.

WFC, you leaving won't help. All I'm saying is Yahweh_is_gracious is an honest person and even posted in the Introduction Thread that he has Asperger's Syndrome which makes him come off sounding snooty or curt. He was hoping people wouldn't get so offended at him and was hoping to become a contributor here.

I'm just very sad that he wants to delete his account because of those who won't stop provoking him. I like having him here.

He never denied he had a curt attitude. He even explained that he has a hard time being sociable.

Honest to goodness, I got where he was coming from. Because he was honest, because he wasn't in denial about being weak in the flesh, because he was sincerely seeking more of Christ, I must have totally overlooked any fault in him. I only saw a young man in pursuit of God.

Oh well..... *sigh*

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this Thread is not going to be considered one of the more "edifying" Threads here on CC..........

The problem with "biting humor," is that sometimes it comes back to "bite" you......

1. The Lord created you specifically for his own pleasure and he loves you! Revelation 4:11

2. The Lord sings and rejoices over you just because he loves you. Zephaniah 3:17

3. The Lord put his own breath in your nostrils because he loves you. Genesis 2:7

4. The Lord will never be angry at you because he loves you. Isaiah 54:9

5. The Lord will never abandon or betray you because he loves you. Deuteronomy 31:6

6. The Lord will always be faithful no matter what you do because he loves you. II Timothy 2:13

7. The Lord will strengthen you, help you and uphold you because he loves you. Isaiah 41:10

8. The Lord will lift you up above the world's opinions because he loves you. James 4:10

9. The Lord will give you his own wisdom whenever you ask because he loves you. James 1:5

10. The Lord will go before you, make a way for you and direct all your steps because he loves you. Proverbs 3:6 & Isaiah 43:19

There's a whole bunch more reasons, but I think you're already discerning them. For you already know that Yahweh is gracious!

I think the biggest mistake people generally make about Christians is that somehow they should be perfect - we are not nor can we ever be. Only God is perfect and Jesus in essence was perfect. Christians (should) strive to become more Christ-like as they walk through life in obedience to Him but they will never succeed until they are glorified by Him upon death. Christians (should) recognise their imperfections and the need for a saviour.

I often joke; "no such thing as a perfect man but there was over 2,000 years ago" so ladies if you are looking for a perfect man I'm sorry to disappoint but it aint gonna happen. ;)
