Nope. Negative. Nada. That would take an act of congress. Of course I wouldn't suspect you have a juris doctorate from an accredited institution of higher education to understand bankruptcy law. If you would read the court records, you would find that Trump had to sell his shares of each company at a discount, or sell the company outright at a discount to pay back every penny that was owed. He even sold his airline at a discount to settle debt on the Trump taj mahal casino.

You clearly don't understand what your talking about ...

Yes I do. But what you fail to understand is that this thread is about Trump, not about me. Your failure to understand that and your attempt to make it about me is just a cop out and a concession as to Trump's many weaknesses.

So the drum circle peeps think a federal bankruptcy court judge can order the expenditure of public revenue to settle a private debt.

His many business failings are proof that he has no idea how to run a government, much less a business. Thanks for presenting evidence of that truth.

Again you seem very ignorant of why a person would start a company with limited liability and that almost all successful business people have several failures to go along with their successes. he is worth 10 billion ...I think that makes him a good business man

I wonder why if he is such a failure at business, why he keeps getting investors and banks to start up these ventures.

I read all your articles you posted and I really must say, So What. Tax abatement is not the same as the treasurer writing a check to Trump. If the he negotiated a 40 year tax abatement with the city, county, and state of New York; thats the deal he made to develop Grand Central Station.

Maybe I am missing something, but isn't a business person supposed to cut the best deal they can?
Would PN prefer that Trump negotiate that way Obama did with Iran, i.e., gave away the farm?
Does anyone here think it is just a coincidence that Trump mentions about in most of his speech's that if elected he wants to renegotiate just about half the deals the last few democratic presidents have made?
Not to self, unless it is a 501c3 charity, don't ever go into business with PN.

Trump is on corporate welfare.

I worked and paid my taxes.

No surprise that a right winger resorts to making personal attacks when he knows he cannot win a debate. As we all know, when making such attacks, it is a concession that his target is correct. Thanks for your concession!
Once again you see a stated fact and take it as an attack.

An attack is: "you're a parasite hell bent on destroying America." That's not what I said.

I stated a fact; you're on welfare and you're constantly insulting a billionaire.

You're guilty of the 10th Commandment.

Try again. :)

Notice how PN did not acknowledge you calling him out on his deliberate lies? :) He responded with another insult that not all of Trump's businesses succeeded, but hey, when you own hundreds of businesses, a mere few are bound to fail. Only Jesus is perfect. But I digress.

Saul alinsky worshippers don't need to understand. They just hope they can throw enough mud to have some of it stick.

You lied since I am not on welfare. "Thou shalt not bear false witness".

May God forgive you even though you refuse to repent.

When a CONSERVATIVE publication like National Review calls him a welfare recipient, some of you politically correct far right pundits need to pay a little more attention to what is being written.

Re-read the Holland article at the very least.
