Man's anger could never never bring about the righteous life required of God . In our anger and anxieties we look to Him not letting the sun go down on man's anger . He gives us His faith by which we can hear His voice called the "hearing of faith" (his) acknowledging he has spoken from heaven . It is not of us after the imaginations of ones own heart. It is not of ourselves.

Faith works two ways. Faith of God generated from heaven of Christ and the faith that says we hear him generated by our new spirit towards him called in Christ (not from Christ)..Our amen

So in regard to...."Faith in WHAT and WHO and WHY". It is in regard to the faith of God as the WHAT and WHO. And WHY so we can hear him and have fellowship with His Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ who indwells the believer according to the working of His faith in us..making His faith that He works in us to both will and do his good pleasure perfect as a imputed righteousness.

yes the physical house of Israel has an inheritance of Land on earth, even still promised.

Since the book of Hebrews was written to Jewish believers, I believe that Hebrews 6:4 is an exhortation to these Jewish Christians to not return to their reliance in following the law. They had embraced Christ as the Messiah, but it seems that through years of persecution and ostracism from their Jewish brethren, these Christians had began to faint and return to observance of the Law. ( and animal sacrifices) Since Christ's death on the cross was a fulfillment of the law, their return to animal sacrifices effectively discounted and diminished his death and sacrifice. In essence, crucifying the Son of God anew.
