That's a buzz-word Hillary has taught you guys to throw around a lot (How much did you ever even utter it before she gave it to you?) But what does it actually mean? Trump seems to have the "temperament" to be in command of hundreds of high-level operations, and to get almost anyone to do his bidding. Haven't you even figured out yet that all he ever set out to do was to make Obama produce what Obama, himself, never intended to produce? And it worked. He produced a birth certificate. This is what Trump does. He gets people to do what he plans for them to do. You have to know that if he is elected, many millions of people will eventually eat their words about that wall. Unless Congress completely ties his hands, he WILL do (as he has thousands of times before) just what he says he will, and Mexico will foot the bill.... As he said. Of course, common sense says the president of Mexico isn't going to openly write him a check.... (although that is not beyond possibility) but the money will come from that source.

I honestly think that a lot of people feel that if a candidate is slick, and smooth, has a practiced smile, and has no emotions, and reads well from a tele-prompter.... then they are somehow "presidential." If the government gave me the money and authority ..I could build the wall .. Its not that big a construction project really ..as far as building a simple structure along a strait line .. The Saudis just built a 2000 mile three layered fence in about a year along their border
