Hamas is the political problem, an extreme facist group dedicated to stir up violence and conflict
with no resolution, no matter the cost. The hatred that has been bred in the Gaza strip is so bad,
the innocents hurt and destroyed, there is always stories one can play off.
Northern Ireland was resolved because neither side could ever win, and peace was better than a
slow death. What we are seeing is Israel is a slow death. Until the ordinary people can see good
jobs, stability and have a real stake in their community, what does it matter to them if they live in
peace or war, there is only hope in change.
Now for christians to deny this is the truth and reality, they have little spiritual wisdom.
You cannot put Gaza into a prison, which it appears to be operating as. Equally you cannot let
out low level violence within the community without a shut down of that activity.
