No just the puff himself up praying to himself prayers. He has the experience, that is why he can understand himself and we can not.

He talks about love, but there seems to be only one person he continually shows that he loves.. And it is not who he thinks it is.
No kidding. It's kinda gross how much he loves himself. He's all like.....you don't understand me, I walk in love and purity, it's who I am...blah blah blah.

last time I saw this here was with a guy who called himself Jason007.

At least he quit praying those look at me prayers.
Dear Lord, thankyou for bringing people here together to look at your word.

Thankyou that you are the focus of our deliberations in your word, for us to grasp
your intention and outworking. Thankyou also for this medium through which we
can share such explosive subjects but in a safe way. I lift up your name, your
sacrifice for us upon the cross that has brought us into the Holy of holies,
Amen, Halleluyah.

I love to praise the Lord for His grace to us all.

What you guys do not realise the Lord is doing a new thing, and His word
will be preached to the uttermost places of the earth and then the end will come.

We do not choose our places, God chooses them.
And you can and will turn my words into something different than I intend or
even say, but I forgive you, because you do not know what you are doing.

Thankfully I trust myself to the Lord so I rest in Him, so whatever anyone does
it will always work towards His praise, Amen.

I do appreciate your concern for me.
I wonder if you understand what I am talking about when I talk about
ones heart, being open, being healed, loving and no longer alone.
I understand what God means when he says e can have it, I understand and KNOW I have it..

But what you say about it? No. You talk about it alot. but then in the next breath show us you do not understand what it means yourself.

And yes, I know you think I hate you and just want to attack you. but that is so far from the truth. Like God, I want no person to suffer no person to be condemned, I want them all to be saved, I want to see all I know spend eternity with me.. and that would include you, I would love it if one day 1000000 years from now. We are all huddled in a great place laughing about these days.

Now it would help me if you could understand this walk, because this
is my life and who I am.
It would help you to understand how sick you are.. and start REALLY looking to the cross. Not just saying you are..

If you could translate how a sinful people without becoming righteous
and pure turn into a righteous holy people walking into eternity with
Christ, without this actually happening in the here and now.
The cross. Thats how.. The cross..

And if this transformation is in the future, how is it so many have no
progress at all, just continual boasting they sin daily, hourly.

1. Who is boasting?
2. who said there was no transformation?

You are not talking to the same people I am evidently. Because no one I know would agree with you there

Sounds to me like a total corruption of the gospels message. But then
if you have no other obvious choice, why if I have a choice would choose
this road of abject failure and denial of scripture?

The total corruption of the gospel message is you have to save yourself by become pure And not that God will SAVE YOU and will sanctify you (he will complete what he started)

Until people get their eyes off themselves and how good they THINK they are.. They will never sit still and LET GOD GROW THEM where there is REAL transformation, and REAL gratitude in christ.

jason007 was much worse than Peter.. Peter at lease admits he has oopsies (sin) every now and then, Jason would ldeclare he never sinned again.. and will never sin again..

at least jason007 would answer questions and converse pretty directly, and not with random, rambling, rhetoric

and I don't think he prayed theses fake, grandstanding, look-at me " prayers ".

so, a toss up between the 2, maybe?

To the day I die and go to be with the Lord these two statements show the
gulf between us. Until you can speak to peoples hearts it is just religion, words
without content.

We can all posture and reassure ourselves, but only the King anoints who He
chooses. Unless a follower of Christ bows at the words of Christ there is no
faith or truth in them.

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
Matt 7:24

To the people who do not follow these words but claim the authority of Christ
he will declare

"I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!"
Matt 7:23

And the key issue is what people do, acts of evil or acts of righteousness.
If ones faith says sin unresolved is acceptable, doom yourself to judgement.

PeterJens, it's obvious that a few people here want to use you as a scapegoat. While your intention is somewhat humble, they attempt to appear like sheep by making you the wolf. My suggestion is say what you want to say, and do not respond to them. They appear to constantly tempt or bait you into a response, and yet they at the same time are trying to make out somehow that they are more righteous than you, by putting the attention on how you are not. I do not see much love coming from them, just as I see no point in you letting them 'expend your energy on them'.

Does God expend our energy, or does God fill us up? That way we can discern which part of free will a person is embracing, that of God's will, or that of idle fingers. And all one has to do is 'not engage'.

Now we got some internet martyr comparing his beat down in a forum to gettting his head bashed in with rocks or boiled in oil for Christ's name? Pretty silly stuff man.

Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
Col 3:16

Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.
Eph 5:19

“Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
Mark 11:10

He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.
Psalm 40:3

Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.
Psalm 42:11

For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.
Eph 4:1

You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless we were among you who believed.
1 Thess 2:10

By your definition Utah, Paul was being self-righteous.

An elder must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient.
Titus 1:6

An elder who fulfills the definition above again by your definition is self righteous.

So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.
2 Peter 3:14

Peter calls us to make every effort to be spotless, blameless.

So you are speaking with denigration against the very commands and respect
scripture gives the children of God.

If you want to become an enemy of the Lords people, that is your choice, but
that is what you are doing and saying.
It's funny how you pick certain Scriprures to defend your sin while picking other Scriprures to judge others because of their sin. You truly are hypocrisy personified.

And for the record, saying a car is black does not make one a racist. In the same way, calling you out on your sin does not mean I have spoken ill of Paul. Nice try though.

if I remember correctly..

The pharisee would stand on the street corner exulting God also.. while at the same time puffing themselves up by telling everyone how righteous and pure they were.. And how much THEY loved God.. proven by what they did..

Wow.. Really?

since when is humility an act of puffing yourself up?
