Common understanding of communion is that you can do it any time. I do believe that we can break bread with believing faithful followed of Messiah. Whet I have found is when Messiah says as often as you do this do in remembrance of me. Yeshua was speaking of the festival of Passover which is what they where celebrating at the time, as well as unleavened bread. The Catholic Church is to blame for this communion we are most familiar with. Communion reminds me of the cup of wrath many are fooled into drinking. Communion strong NO. Unleavened bread and Passover, YES and celebrate the feast as the unleavened bread and in sencerity and truth.

19 The Law has no power over me. I am dead to the Law. Now I can live for God. 20 I have been put up on the cross to die with Christ. I no longer live. Christ lives in me. The life I now live in this body, I live by putting my trust in the Son of God. He was the One Who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21 I say that we are not to put aside the loving-favor of God. If we could be made right with God by keeping the Law, then Christ died for nothing.
I have John 14:6. Clearly explains my path, please educate me on this mysterious "blockage" that may be in my way. So I can make amends and bow down to this Law Gatekeeper to make sure I get in.

dc - well done you have spotted why you are excluded.
Paul only says the ceremonial aspect of the law, issues relating to Israel and the temple
are no longer relevant. But righteousness and the law of Christ is our benchmark, our lightening
rod, our truth.
It is why Paul says we fulfill Christs law by loving our neighbour. By walking in the spirit we are
not ticking off legal laws, we are loving and meeting needs and in the process fulfilling the law,
so that when we look at the law we say amen, I am doing this.
If you look at the law and say, opps, hate that, no that is wrong, cannot do this, that is terrible,
my heart definately wants this and not that, there are some real issues that need addressing.
The hyper legalists need to lighten up and learn about loving themselves and stopping being self
condemning and running themselves down all the time, but they are a specialist group.

Peter, I don't see where Dcon has ever preached or shared a false gospel... JESUS is the truth.. AND the way AND the life. 
As for righteousness, well, hate to burst your bubble but Jesus Himself says that there are NONE righteous. Not a single person on earth is righteous.

I do not think you have grasped fully.
All I am sharing is the cross washed us and made us clean. As clean holy, purified
people Christ expects us to continue like this. This is all I am saying amen to.
All the disputes are because very contorted and stubborn people hate dealing with
sin and want to stay in their ways, often because they identify themselves with this
behaviour. So they invent God is happy with them, and it does not really matter,
God only sees Jesus and ignores their garbage behaviour.
Paul says this,
For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.
1 Thess 4:7
You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.
2 Peter 3:11-12
