How do you steep on toes?

Never been to one of my sermons have you? When I was preaching full time, I always felt that if I was not steeping on toes, I wasn't doing my job. Though it can be done in a way that helps to lift up, and tare down.

Exactly what I mean, once he shows us it is possible to live without whatever sin it is we asked for forgiveness for and asked him to change in us, once he changes our hearts. Shouldn't we move onto the next sin, instead of going backwards. Because there will always be a new sin to fix, because we're imperfect.

Amen. It would be great to sit down with you for an hour or so, and just let the conversation go where it may. I think it would be both stimulating and exhilarating. You have much to teach us, and I for one, am a willing student. No matter how much a person thinks they know, they can always learn.

Amen, brother man! Im constantly learning something new about God or maybe I'm just learning over and over again, that he loves me. And it would be cool to sit down although, not quite sure how to arrange that. Im personally working on my own personal mission. Im embarking on a Journey to get closer to god, to everyday ask him to fix me and forgive me for whatever sins I've committed that day or the day before. To ask him to change my heart, so that it is more like his loving, forgiving, heart everyday. I intend to keep track of my progress and share it with others. In about 30 days, of course if you'd like to embark on this journey with me cool, if not thats fine too. But I think we should all get together and talk about God or Yeshua and share our stories of how wonderful he is, to all of us even though we're imperfect. And also to show, that no matter your background, sins, differences, whatever have you God loves all of us who believe in him, and thats my purpose to show people that.

I think thats enough said right there, I mean serpentdove is acting as though me asking for forgiveness in front of her and everybody else is going to do something miraculous. I only ask humans for forgiveness when I have offened them or hurt them in whatever way. I only ask God to forgive me of my sins, because my sins only concern him! Im done!

There are plenty of gentle God fearing men and some of them are on this site. No, God doesn't hate you but rather He loves you. There are many willing to discuss God with you on this site and offer their interpretations of the bible. God does indeed accept us as we are and from that point on we begin to change more into Christ's likeness. Glad to have you join us. Welcome to CC.

Honestly, I reported her like three times today, just because she seemed to be upsetting you so. And while, I can stand the rain, I'd never let my brother or sister stand in it if they didn't want to.

That particular post I felt you posted it for serpentdove who was spreading negative energy around. And making me feel as though I needed to confess all my sins to her and then ask her for forgiveness. As if that would have made God forgive me. So that was what I meant. You didn't offend me in anyway at all.
