I don't believe criminals can really change. Murderers, rapists and abusers in general should not be turned loose no matter what. In fact, they should swing quickly if proven guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. Back on the streets they will be repeating their behavior over and over again.
Not true. The Lord changed many of these kind of people. Moses and Paul were just a couple of these people.

There is actually a world of difference between reasonable doubt and no doubt.
In legal terms "no doubt" is unachievable.

I agree, but the bar has to be raised in DP cases. Reasonable doubt leaves too much room for errors in these particular cases.

No doubt would be video of the person doing the crime, and/or forensic DNA evidence.

Neither of which are perfect - you should know that.
A DNA match is not proof of guilt, just a statistical chance of that DNA belonging to anybody else.

So you don't think there could be some with athority who will use it for their own personal perpuse?

Also, if someone really wants to commit suicide they will do it with or without help.
Sure, there have been those who abused their power of authority, and God knows every thought and intention of the heart. If we can prove they committed murder, they go to jail too. Ultimately they could never get away with it, cause God knows all.

If someone wants to commit self-murder, it is possible that they can't without help- like if they were paralyzed from the neck down, and on a feeding tube and oxygen mask. If someone helps anyone commit any murder, they are guilty of murder themselves.

More like, it seems like you are confused......
How am I confused? Answering back to your parents is in the same category as murder. Why do you single out paedophiles and murderers? Aren't you the one that is confused? 'We should kill disobedient children, murderers and child rapists' fixed for you.

And when has there ever been DNA that matched two different people?

Sassing your parents is NOT in the same category as murder.. Disrespecting your parents isn't akin to murder..

No one ever got killed for sassing their parents.

What I meant by their own personal perpuse was letting certain people go and convicting those they do not like.

Also, some may see helping one to commit suicide if the person is suffering as mercy not murder. Me personally, I do not have a stand on this one. But I am leaning on the mercy part. Because wouldn't it seem like torture to make someone suffer if you know they are dieing anyway and they are begging you to help them end their suffering?

They did. It's called "the law" of the O.T. that so many people here love to say is behind us and dead. Yet here they are in this thread calling for the death penalty for paedophiles and murderers. Dishonoring parents calls for the death penalty in God's eyes of the O.T. law. If you grieve someone, it's a curse, if you make them feel love, it's a blessing.

Exodus 20:12
Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Matthew 15:4
For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

It's picking and choosing commandments to follow from the law which we are not under.

Who would I like to stone to death? Well if we're speaking hypothetically and going back under the law;

People from India who call millions of people and pretend to be virus technicians from Microsoft so they can scam you. Those liars and thieves. Women who wear yoga pants, all of them. Men who have homosexual hair cuts like shaved sides and long combed top. Everyone who lies. All adulterers. People who take steroids and promote natural health and fitness. People who reply to themselves online with alternate accounts to make their opinions seem more valid. Too many others to name.

Stone them all to death. Even Christians. Wow, if I was a judge I'd kill billions.

That's the problem with judging people about death, if you're guilty of something and keep your mouth shut aren't you a hypocrite? And if you admit it, since God is not a respecter of persons shouldn't you be stoned to death too? Maybe this part of the gospel got ignored.

Matthew 7:
1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. [SUP]
2 [/SUP]For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
[SUP]4 [/SUP]Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
[SUP]5 [/SUP]Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Well said, and I am in full agreement with you. How many child molesting murderers have been paroled only to kill another child within months of their release?
AMEN....I have been in Australia 6 times and spent 5 months down under....one of the times I was there up north somewhere, maybe Queensland, a lady stabbed about 4 to 6 of her kids to death (don't remember exact number)........In my view....she needs to be sent to the "nether world"

I have NO USE for those who will murder, rape or abuse defenseless little children....as a matter of fact I despise them.....with a passion I might add.......!

As long as there is accual proof that they did it. There has to be real physical proof. Not just word of mouth. There have been some who was put to death then afterwards they find the person was innocent. There has to be NO doubt!
I have no problem with this and agree.......2 or more witnesses, DNA, video, etc......

You quoted a law applicable unto Israel prior to the Cross of Christ..........

Who do you think gave our judicial system the thumbs up to put murderers to death? GOD did..

But we still should kill sinners that we don't like?

Ditto on that, and I'd include all rapists.
People are always using the "if-a-woman-is-raped" argument to
justify abortion, but I say abort the rapist and spare the baby.
Unfortunately, some women have lied about having been raped.

But then again, if there was such a penalty, maybe guys would think twice about fornication, and wait till they get married.
