Jesus took a Bread, He broke

Jesus not broke His own body, so It just a symbol, some people believe It is literal.
If It literal than Jesus broke His body.

Matt 26
26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.”
27 Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the[b]covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. 29 I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”

It is a symbol. He spoke in parables much of the time.
but even in today's society someone might say "are" something which they clearly are not literal about.
(Me saying I am a bookworm does not make me a worm :) )

One tell me when he Eat bread in Holy communion, he do not chew It, because It is Jesus. AS soon Jesus in you, you have about 5 minuts to ask what ever you want, Example you sick and pray for healing, do It before the bread chrused because the digestive process

my question is, why, after disgestion, our body absorbansi God, than we are God. Than we do not need ask God. Ask ourself.

It is a symbolic gesture of remembrance - do this in remembrance of me.

People are very forgetful, all those ceremonies and holy days in the Old Testament,
were just as important as a way of reminding people of God, as they were of
showing them what God expected of them.

I think the Communion is a New Testament equivalent, of the Old Testament Passover.
They both point to Jesus, they both are a reminder of what God has done. They both
ensure the value of a blood sacrifice for sin is not forgotten.

A better question, without the holy communion as a rememberence, would we have
forgotten the value of the cross by now?

True christians have the indwelling Holy Spirit in them, God the Holy Spirit in them.
We do not need to eat bread to somehow absorb the Holy Spirit, He resides in us.

Next time someone tells you they need to eat the bread to have Jesus in them,
remind them of the following verses. :)

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV
[19] Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you,
whom you have from God, and you are not your own? [20] For you were bought at a
price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

yep. But some catholic friend believe communion is to bring Jesus into our body for about 5 minute, AS soon the bread digested, God come out of the body

Your friend is obviously a Roman Catholic... that is one of the beliefs they seem to push...

Transubstantiation.... at the time of taking the wafer and wine, they actually become Jesus' flesh and his blood.

Silliness....

It is a remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus made for us, to remind us of his shed blood and his torn and broken body. It is still a cracker and some grape juice/wine.
