In your post #8 Hizikyah, I "clipped" this first part of this post, as I feel an motivation to expand, or express an interpretation.
"1 Corinthians 15:20-23, “But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having "fallen asleep". For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a Man. For as all die in Aḏam, so also all shall be made alive in Messiah . And each in his own order: Messiah the first-fruits, then those who are of Messiah at His coming,”
"Fallen asleep"- Just as with, and within a flesh body, "physical muscles", that are not used as they once were, from "lack of using", from many reasons and/or causes, suffer from what the "medical profession" calls: "Atrophy". Some of these reasons are seen, and physical in nature. And, manifests itself, in various ways, depending on which part of the physical body of said "patient", is afflicted.
I submit, that this term atrophy, also applies to the inner man. But, the reasons, or causes of this "affliction", are for the larger part, unseen! Not at all saying that physical influences, such as "words and actions", of enemies of the Kingdom of God, and Kingdom of Light, don't have an effect, because they most certainly do.
Instead of physical muscles, this effects spiritual "muscles", in comparison. And this has an effect on the body as well. And not just of the one individual that is afflicted, but also, in a larger sense, the body of Christ!
I realize as well, that to some in here, this is merely "preaching to the choir". Yet, for some "unseen" reason, I felt compelled to offer up this interpretation, that someone may benefit from it.
