Maybe trying to change people's hearts and minds through politics and voting just isn't working? The more Christians try to make the country more Christian at the voting booth the further the country turns away from Christianity.
The hardest people to witness to are the people who think they already are Christians. Alabama is in The Bible Belt.

Not really. MSM is working for those who want to be spoonfed crap. There's just a lot of people who want to be spoonfed, including the one who posted this thread. Notice -- male!

It's not gender, although that's exactly what MSM wants people to think. Any woman who would join the Democrats on "women's rights" only, is part of the 4%ers who have abortions. Women, who use their brains, understand where women are really being shafted, and the Democratic party is helping to keep that shafting going. Granted, the Republicans aren't lifting a finger to stop the shafting, but at least they aren't continuing to enact more and more laws to make sure we get shafted.

(Where women get shafted. Abuse really isn't that big a deal in the minds of legislators. After all, the average sentence for rape, physical abuse, and sexual assault caps out at under 5 years. Often it's months at worst, but usually probation, if anything. Also, research on diseases that affect women more often then men, are funded at half the amount of diseases that affect men at 50% or higher.)
I'd love to see your statistics to back up this wild claim that rapists only get months.

How exactly are the democrats shafting women or keeping this shafting going?

Just thinking. Maybe this election is a wake up call to Christians. If we really want to influence national policy, we need to lead more people to Christ.
We Christians voted in Trump, thanks to the blessings of Jerry Falwell. I'm thinking we may be "influencing" too much. Don't you remember this forum 14-24 months ago?

People are turning away from Christianity because we are in the last days, not because of voting. People want a country, should the Lord tarry, that they can pass on to their children. Many do not want abortion, gender politics, and socialism to overrun the country. We are holding the line in the face of satan. We need Christians to get on board, not back away.We need Christians to run for office, whether that be school superintendent of president. Christians need to get more involved in the country, not less.Or our freedoms will be lost.
We were in the last days when this country started too.

I think it is so we will, perhaps, proofread and think before we post in the first place.

Did you ever have to write a term paper in school or college? I assume it was PERFECT (without any humanly detectable errors) because of your absolutely FLAWLESS proofreading!

What would be the point of liking responses if someone can manipulate it later on?

Im not big on Falwell. The issue was simple,I couldn't vote for Hillary even if it was just for her stand on abortion alone. Benghazi was another big reason. Two reasons off the top that I could never vote for her.

Roy Moore was one of those traditional minded Christians, the KKK generation, who are a generation of the past. Many people (older generation) are stuck in the past, but at least millennials etc believe in the future. Change, adaptation, acceptance, rights. God is more with the Liberals than he is with the Republicans, however if you are unknowingly duped, you will parrot anything Republicans say (or Trump says), and are probably Republican and think God owns a gun lol

Ironic statement considering the current GOP bill is raising your taxes so they can lower them for the millionaires.
The disadvantage of Canadians thinking they're getting real news from the States.

Well, can't really blame Trump for ending up with Roy Moore running for office. I'm pretty sure Luther Strange was his choice...instead they had to put an ineligible name on the ballot...closet Democrats? LOL.

You don't have to support anything. Here's where I think most Christians get it twisted. If your religion says you can't do something then by all means don't do it. But you don't have the right to tell someone else what they can't do.
Here's where you got twisted. You think being a Christian is a religion.

And then there is lack of common sense, since no one can tell anyone else what they can do, why do we have prisons?

I feel sorry for you. You think Christianity is inherited, and you have it because you go to church. Like I already said, the hardest people to witness to are the ones who already think they're christian.

Don't you mean "undercover" democrats? By the way, why do you capitalize the word "democrats?" They really don't deserve it!

Watch Moore's accusors(sp?) fade into obscurity now that they have done what they set out to do.

If he had done these atrocities, he should have been forced to drop out. However, he had said he didn't do those things. Where's this 'youre innocent until proven guilty'? These women came out when Moore had a double digit lead in the polls, after these allegations happened YEARS ago. Seems rather fishy to me.

The liberals have the blueprint now. When down in the polls, drum up rapes, sexual harassment, sexual innuendos, &c.
They faded before the election when the woman said she faked his yearbook comments.

If you are voting liberal you are in support of abortion.Yes,you are culpable.
And voting "pro life" seems to mean let's pat them on their backs for lying to us.

The big difference is that I don't even try to. Queers will even run an honestly conscientious baker out of business and cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.... rather than just going to one of their own bakers down the street to get a cake.

I would call that forcing your agenda on someone else who never even glanced your way.
Especially when it took them four hours to drive to that baker, and they passed 100-200 bakers who would have made them a cake to get there.

What would be the point of liking responses if someone can manipulate it later on?

Most sane people would not intentionally change their point(s) of view after someone "liked" a post. On the contrary, most people would either post more information on the matter, or perhaps where evidence could be found supporting the original post. Corrections, such as of spelling errors, punctuation errors, or capitalization errors could be needed or desired at any time! I myself have made such errors already on this forum, mostly because I use a nearly incompatible computer, which is a Chromebook! I accidentally capitalized the word democrat a couple of times, but fortunately, I was able to correct my mistake because it involved only a single letter.

It's called human rights. Welcome to the 1st world. America is in the dark ages when it comes to rights, which is probably why it is good friends with countries who show what lack of human rights is.

It is violence in the mind, which stops people turning the other cheek, this is why it is so normal to own a gun in America. Violence in the mind, not necessarily action.

However, what is on everyone's mind? Never wished someone dead ever, or imagined using your gun, even just in the imagination of defending yourself? Never imagined the violence of an eye for an eye? Making a person suffer?

Of course we are all lambs, not one violent thought, ever. We are just what we speak, and act, or want people to see.

If people feel so threatened or offended by another based on a different belief system or structure, the actual thought pattern that induces it is borderline violent, however, will be pushed as victimisation or persecution. A lot of this psychology happens from certain people on this site.

There is real victimisation and persecution in the world, and it is not this. It is not gay people driving 100s of miles intentionally to test your inner-violent defence of your belief system. Everything is relative. And who is in charge of relativity? You or God?
Wow! Cool! You're the expert I've been looking for. Could you please point me to the verse or verses in the Bible that talk about human rights?

Presumption of innocence is a legal concept, it doesn't mean the public is not allowed to form an opinion based on current evidence.
It does mean you're supposed to check out the evidence first. Otherwise, you look really stupid.

Although you did not address your comment to me, I can quote such a verse! "It is appointed unto man(kind) once to die ... "
