One support I have for my lack of belief in the illuminati is how easily Christians that believe in loose focus of the gospel and God because they spend all their time focused on the boogeyman. And they'll spend hours arguing to prove it's existence to other Christians rather than focus on something more beneficial. To me the illuminati doesn't need to be real for Satan to use it as a tool against Christians to distract them from their faith and calling in the name of outing a group that had no Real evidence of its existence. This way you let your target do the work for you. It's like winding up a toy and letting it go.

in my experience, people that are knee deep into that kind of stuff...predictions of catastrophic events, comparing biblical events with present day events, all the prophetic mashups that go on and all the rest of the 'noise', are more wrapped up in that then they are in the actual reason for the Bible

The fact is, I have done biblical research for more than four decades already. How much biblical research have you done?

Are you including all the conspiracy-theory books you're promoting as "biblical research?"

I gave up on that junk six years after you became a Christian, so for the last 37 years my "research" comes from trusted commentators of the Bible. I am a slow learner, but at least I haven't wasted the time reading fluff books.

Actually he got quite a lot of the vote considering the issues. The Dem didn't win by a huge landslide considering the circumstances.But the voting actually shows that many blacks came out and voted in higher margins.
