Hello voiceofsolar, welcome to Christian Chat :) I hope you enjoy your time with us!

There is an option to post blogs here :) Why don't you copy your blog from over there to here, and then allow us to read it here instead of having us click an unknown link and leave the site? You can find the place to post blogs here: http://christianchat.com/usercp.php ... it is the last link in the Settings modules, on the far right hand side of the page. Or, you could just transfer the blog into posts within this forum :D

Don't be shy :D There are many forums to post in :) God bless you

This is about the people desiring Jesus as King to help them build their kingdom, not God's kingdom. This was the error of the religious leaders, misleading the people. Jesus knew the Love of God was not in their hearts.

I love John 2:25 and decided to write a blog post about it over on steemit. I thought I'd share it with a community who may appreciate it. Let me know what you think:

https://steemit.com/spirituality/@v...s-believe-about-people-john-2-25-holds-a-clue
from the blog:

Jesus already knew everyone was good.

. . .

If Jesus didn't believe people were good and deserving of love, regardless of what they could contribute (like the sick and poor), why did he teach his followers to live a life succinctly describable as 'being of loving service to others?'

If Jesus didn't believe people were good, how could he have asked his followers to love our enemies so that we may be children of God?

It makes sense only if he believed your enemy is a good person and the perception of that good person as an enemy is your personal creation.

from Jesus:

No one is good except God alone.

As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one... "
I think this is motivation unto self reflection to do His will, for even though I may not be perfect I want to do His will. Or we could look at it like none are righteous so why even try. I want to do His will, no matter if I fall 99 times, I want to get up 100 times.

Matthew 12:50, “For whoever does the desire of My Father who is in the heavens is My brother and sister and mother.”

Judah offered himself in exchange for Benjamin, with love for his father

Genesis 44:32-34
For your servant became a pledge of safety for the boy to my father, saying, 'If I do not bring him back to you, then I shall bear the blame before my father all my life.' Now therefore, please let your servant remain instead of the boy as a servant to my lord, and let the boy go back with his brothers. For how can I go back to my father if the boy is not with me? I fear to see the evil that would find my father."

Great scripture to share yet it needed verse 24 to qualify why he needed not that any should testify of man. Seeing that he didn't need to hear them tell him that man taught them how to read since he already knew that no man could teach themself how to read the written word.

So being a man also, he didn't commit himself to them because he was taught how to read also, but he was taught not by man but by the Father of all men. And if they didn't believe it then do you think they will believe it now?

And in such, the Gospel was written because men know not the truth, but because men know the truth and no lie is of the truth. (See John 8:28)
