It was on the SUNDAY that the Lord Jesus conquered sin and death for those who believe.
Sunday is HIS day, when we remember HIS victory, that only GOD can accomplish.
Hi PS, yes this is true but where does it say in God's Word that Sunday is the "Lord's day"?

The only referece to the "Lords day" is that the "Lords day" is the Sabbath day.

Matthew 12
8,
For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

............

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

There is not one scripture in ALL of God's WORD that says God's 4th commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to worship God on Sunday in it's place.

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

In times of ignorance God winks at but now calls all men every where to REPENT for the KINGDOM of HEAVEN is at HAND (Acts 17:30-31)

Hope this helps..

Revelation 1- John said " I was in the Sprit on the Lord's day." he, being a jewish man, would most likely have said Sabbath if that is what he was referring to.

still waiting on you to plainly state that you believe in the Resurrection ( any true Christian should have problem saying this as often as asked).

I believe, John calls the Sabbath the Lord's Day in reference to Jesus being the God of creation and maker of the Sabbath and 4th Commandment.

Where does it say that Sunday is the "Lords day"?

LOL.

it is the day of His return, John was in prophecy about Yahshua's return..

Revelation 1:9-10, “I, Yoḥanan, both your brother and co-sharer in pressure, and in the reign and endurance of יהושע Messiah, came to be on the island that is called Patmos for the Word of יהוה and for the witness of יהושע Messiah. I came to be in the Spirit on the Day of יהוה, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet*.”

Revelation 4:1-3, “After this I looked and saw a door having been opened in the heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here and I shall show you what has to take place after this. And immediately I came to be in the Spirit and saw a throne set in the heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a ruby stone in appearance. And there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance.”

So we see John is “in the Spirit on the Day of יהוהand hears “a loud voice, as of a trumpet” No distinction is made that the “the Day of יהוהis a particular day of the week, as “the Day of יהוהis the time of YHWH’s wrath upon the earth and it inhabitants that remain after the tribulation. When John hears “a loud voice, as of a trumpet” it is the trumpets of Revelation, we can see in Revelation 8:5, “the messenger took the censer, and filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth” This is the same event in Malachi 4:1, "“For look, the day shall come, burning like a furnace, and all the proud, and every wrongdoer shall be stubble. And the day that shall come shall burn them up,” Called in Malachi 4:5, “...the great and awesome day of יהוה."4:6,..” We will see this event told by nearly all the prophets as “the Day of יהוהand there is not a single time in Scripture that “the Day of יהוהis called Sunday or any day of the week. Now people try to circumvent this fact by saying there is a difference between “the Day of יהוהand “יהוה Day” or “the Day of the Lord” and “the Lord’s Day.” Still nowhere in Scripture is “the Lord’s Day” called Sunday or any day of the week.

Revelation 8:1-6, “8:1, "And when He opened the seventh seal, there came to be silence in the heaven for about half an hour."8:2, "And I saw the seven messengers who stand before יהוה, and to them were given seven trumpets."8:3, "And another messenger came and stood at the slaughter-place, holding a golden censer, and much incense was given to him, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the set-apart ones upon the golden slaughter-place which was before the throne."8:4, "And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the set-apart ones, went up before יהוה from the hand of the messenger."8:5, "And the messenger took the censer, and filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth*. And there were noises, and thunders, and lightnings, and an earthquake."8:6, "And the seven messengers who held the seven *trumpets prepared themselves to sound."

Malachi 4:1-6, "4:1, "“For look, the day shall come, *burning like a furnace, and all the proud, and every wrongdoer shall be stubble. And the day that shall come shall burn them up,” said יהוה of hosts, “which leaves to them neither root nor branch."4:2, "“But to you who fear My Name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. And you shall go out and leap for joy like calves from the stall."4:3, "“And you shall trample the wrongdoers, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” said יהוה of hosts."4:4, "“Remember the Torah of Mosheh, My servant, which I commanded him in Ḥorĕḇ for all Yisra’yl – laws and right-rulings."4:5, "“See, I am sending you Ěliyah the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of יהוה."4:6, "“And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with utter destruction.” (Zec 14:13)

Hebrews 13:8, "יהושע Messiah is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Revelation 6:15-17, “And the sovereigns of the earth, and the great ones, and the rich ones, and the commanders, and the mighty, and every slave and every free one, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us (Hos 10:8) from the face of Him sitting on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

Psalm 2:1-12, “Why do the nations rage, And the peoples meditate emptiness? (Mat 4:25-26. See also Dan 2:44, Dan 7:13-28, Hag 2:22, Zec 14:9 and Rev 11:15) The sovereigns of the earth take their stand, And the rulers take counsel together, Against יהוה and against His Messiah, and say, Let us tear apart Their bonds, And throw away Their ropes from us. He who is sitting in the heavens laughs, יהוה mocks at them. Then He speaks to them in His wrath, And troubles them in His rage, saying, But I, I have set My Sovereign on Tsiyon, My set-apart mountain. I inscribe for a law: יהוה has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have brought You forth. Ask of Me, and I make the nations Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth Your possession. Break them with a rod of iron, Dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel. And now, be wise, O sovereigns; Be instructed, you rulers of the earth. Serve יהוה with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son lest He be enraged, And you perish in the way, For soon His wrath is to be kindled. Blessed are all those taking refuge in Him.”

Revelation 19:11-16, “And I saw the heaven opened, and there was a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Trustworthy and True, and in righteousness He judges and fights. And His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns, having a Name that had been written, which no one had perceived except Himself and having been dressed in a robe dipped in blood and His Name is called: The Word of יהוה. And the armies in the heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations. And He shall shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Strength Almighty. And on His robe and on His banner He has a name written: SOVEREIGN OF SOVEREIGNS AND MASTER OF MASTERS."
Joel 1:14-20, "1:14, "Set apart a fast. Call an assembly, gather the elders, all the inhabitants of the land, into the House of יהוה your Strength, and cry out to יהוה."1:15, "Alas for the day! For the day of יהוה is near, and it comes as destruction from the Almighty."1:16, "Is not the food cut off before our eyes, joy and gladness from the House of our Mighty One?"1:17, "The seed has rotted under their clods, storehouses are laid waste, granaries are broken down, for the grain has withered."1:18, "How the beasts moan! The herds of cattle are restless, because they have no pasture. The flocks of sheep also perish."1:19, "I cry to You יהוה, for fire has consumed the pastures of the wilderness, and a flame has set on fire all the trees of the field."1:20, "Even the beasts of the field cry out to You, for the water streams are dried up, and fire has consumed the pastures of the wilderness."

I subject myself to His Law I have never said I keep it perfeftly, to throw pharisees into it is a slander IMO.
It was not intended that way. I was simply trying to indicate that there was no intentional misrepresentation on Stillness' part.

I rarely agree with Stilness but I don't kike seeing him accused of something he didn't do.

If you would study even 1 miracle of Messiah, you would see the difference in what the religious leaders taught and the commandments of Almighty. The water into wine, for instance. What were those "purification vessels" for? How was making wine in them such a slap in the face of the Pharisees? If you know, please answer.

There is a big difference in what the religious leaders taught and the commandments. Many here do not seem to know the difference. You of all people should.
First: I NEVER defended the Pharisees in any way. My intent was to defend Stilness against what seemed to be an unfair charge.

Second: You obviously don't know me very well so you have no basis to critique my scholarship.

Third: If you know, please answer. is condescending at best.

When you step into a conversation you were not involved in without reading the thread and then adopt a hauhgty attitude I call that arrogant. What do you call it?

The Lord's Day - Revelation 1:10 ... The First Day!
Once again word of website with many theories but no scripture that says that Sunday is the "Lords Day"

Yet God's Word says.........

Matthew 12
8
, For the Son of man is LORD EVEN OF THE SABBATH DAY.

Where does it say in the bible that Suday is the "Lords Day"?

hmmm wait it does not.

Who do we believe the word of website or the Word of God?

.............

I rarely agree with Stilness but I don't kike seeing him accused of something he didn't do.
I never claimed or even meant that it was the intention of the poster, but none the less it was misrepresentation. To say accused is not accurate to what happened, they were mistaken I pointed it out. A misrepresentation of what is written:

Jesus addressed the religious leaders under the law
not intended by the religious leaders of that time and place were not subject to the Law they made their own Law, so intended or not (not intended) it was not a true statement;

misrepresentation:

Mark 7:1-9, “And the Pharisees and some of the scribes assembled to Him, having come from Yerushalayim. And seeing some of His taught ones eat bread with defiled, that is, with unwashed hands, they found fault. For the Pharisees, and all the Yehuḏim, do not eat unless they wash their hands thoroughly, holding fast the tradition of the elders, and coming from the market-place, they do not eat unless they wash. And there are many other traditions which they have received and hold fast – the washing of cups and utensils and copper vessels and couches. Then the Pharisees and scribes asked Him, “Why do Your taught ones not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashed hands? And He answering, said to them, “Well did Yeshayahu prophesy concerning you hypocrites, as it has been written, ‘This people respect Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain do they worship Me, teaching as doctrine the commands of men.’ Forsaking the command of YHWH, you hold fast the tradition of men. And He said to them, “Well do you set aside the command of YHWH, in order to guard your tradition."
Just as you do; the Pharisees believed and claimed they were following the Law

What you have is at worst a difference of opinion. There is NO INTENT to deceive or misdirect.
You are very white knight like but on the other hand freely calim to know what i do and compare me with the likeness of a pharisee.

No worries tho, I know the pharisees made their own Law, I sunmit to YHWH, not perfect but I know His way is right none the less.

That is a terrible translation. The Hebrew Matthew has it right, not the KJV. If it did, we would all be under a rabbi, the very thing Jesus taught against!
The translation is completely faithful to the Greek.

The Complete Jewish Bible is virtually identical except for using Hebraic names.

Except for the Hebrew Roots movement which began in the 1960s few if any use the Aramaic version of Matthew.

Just as there is no scripture that says that anyone ever observed the first day of the week in observance of the resurrection.

Absolutely rstrats, it is a man made theory that has not biblical support for those wanting to follow the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church

18:24, "“And in her was found the blood of prophets and set-apart ones, and of all who were slain on the earth.”
Absolutely Hiz, The books of Daniel and Revelations go together. The Old testament is the witnsee to the NEW and they both agree.....

Dan 7
25
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Times and laws have been changed by the Great Whore that sits on the scralet coloured beast who s the Mother of harlots (Fallen Protestantism)

God has his people in ALL the Churches however and is calling them out to worship him in Spirit and in truth according to His Word alone. God' knows many follow the teachings of the Churches out of sincere ignorance of not knowing his WORD.

Today if you hear his voice he is calling all to His WORD to seek him who LOVES all so that you can FOLLOW him in truth.

.....................

Revelation 14
7,
Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8, And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9, And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11, And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12, Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

and.....

Revelation 18
1,
And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2, And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3, For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4, And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5, For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

.................

When I began to read and understand Daniel and Revelation it is like my world was turned up side down, the scales were lifted... Accepting what was written sent me on a path into deep study uncovering so much more, still to this day seeking to know YHWH and His truth never thinking I know it all.
