It does not mess up my eternal security policy. It does not do that at all. (Although I am sure you would like it to) (eternal life is STILL eternal life)

You are the one twisting Paul's words upside down by saying a person can do wrong and because of eternal security still inherit the kingdom of God. I would include your eternal security philosophy under doctrines of demons.

Paul explains the purpose for tongues very well EG. And he wants all to speak in tongues because of the value of this gift.

Does the church today have the same dunamis power as in the beginning? Some do. Many are awakening to it.

And it's why this move of Holy Spirit is called The Awakening. What if this had something to do with the 10 virgins?

I have been to tongue speaking churches sis. I just see no value in it. To me it is a theater production of mass chaos.

Not saying it may not be good for some people. It may. But to me, the mission is to go out to the world. Not to put on a play in church. If God was still using these gifts. He would be using them out in the world. Please do not be offended it is just my view.. I would never judge a person either way. As I am sure they think I am missing our on so much, and I refuse to give the HS credit. Or say he is powerless (all things I have been told) which is fine. If that is what people think, amen.. it is not worth causing division or condemning a group to hell over.

If you think stopping those sins will be the cause of your salvation. Or that if your saved, you can nto struggle with those sins (my friends who belong to the roman church system are some of the biggest drinkers I know.) then you have serious issues.


You need to explain why the cross is not enough, and why you think through sacraments you have to HELP God save your soul.

You have not proven anything, You have not even told us what their gospel is. CAN YOU? Why do you continue to judge a people when you do not even KNOW what their gospel is?

I think the gift is salvation .Nothing more and nothing less.

How long does the kind of gift you are offering last?

Hebrews say he will not forget our work of faith as a labor of love we have towards him. It would seem some are not trusting he will not forget .They would be the ones that crucify him over and over . He promises better things... if he has begun the good work he will finish it.We are to have no confidence in our own selves

But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation (redemption having passed from death to eternal life ) though we thus speak.For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.Heb 6:9

When are you going to tell me your belief. I'm Pentecostal, and I told you what we believe. Charisma magazine is not scripture. However, I think I will read this article.

I provided an article by Charisma Magazine. It shows a perfect example of just one of the many false doctrines Charismatics believe. I supported my argument of this thread. That is why I am not a hypocrite.

What I believe is irrelevant. Everybody attacking my motive, my heart, calling me a hypocrite etc. are all irrelevant to this discussion about why do Charismatics have so many false doctrines since they are supposed to be born again?

I am concerned. I do believe this is the time for the rapture to occur. And the 10 virgins IMO, fit with the time period.

I have gone through much repentance since the call of "if my people" went across our land. Am in a place now I never dreamed existed. It's the oil. The wine. The wheat.

The harvest! What if the rapture means something different than going to heaven?

I did not ask about false doctrines. i asked about their gospel. And I am sorry, I do nto go to magazines to find out what people believe, i go to them and ask them.

Again, Do you know thier gospel? How do they think one gets to heaven? That is the most important question

Charisma Magazine is the mother ship publication for Charismatics so it is a credible source for what they believe.
