Is Spiritual Warfare Occult?

OK people, someone told me that spiritual warfare is occult. What is your opinion?

they also said I was a false prophet,If there is anything in my message or words you find offensive and not rooted in the Bible then please point it out to me.

Message:

God wants the church to be united under ONE mind, spirit and be ONE body under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

He wants us to identify and USE our Spiritual gifts as ONE BODY on earth and to love each other to show the world that GOD LIVES.

He is mad that the church is NOT UNITED and will punish those who do not repent and seek for GOD's guidance instead of their own understanding.

That we are to worship GOD with our whole heart, mind and souls and not create false idols.

that is pretty much all I've really said. mmmm....

Ephesians 6:10-20.
2Corinthians 10:3-6.

Appropriately practiced in prayer with the annointing of the Spirit, bearing in mind Jude 1:9.

Prophet...

Prophets generally speak the Word itself, and more commonly speak to a body than individuals.

There will be one big fake church in the end times and then there will be the true church that consists of different churches that have different problems (see revelation). I have a big problem with ecumenical because little things creep in so much easier. I have no doubt that there is counterfeit everything including love and miracles.

Spiritual warfare is just that dealing with unpleasant bad things, if your a Child of God then you must fight or resist the devils and hopefully you don't lay out a welcome mat for them..

Why do I even try Lord?

I think you're right PPS. I have made a mistake I should have just said as Jesus and all His followers do "The Lord rebuke you"

So these spiritual forces of darkness are just superstition?

I'm sorry guys I need to go pray and before you attack me on saying that even Jesus heart was troubled at times:

Therefore I seek to do the will of God through the prompting of the Holy Spirit and you call me a false prophet Paulnsalis.

Is it not written in the Bible that Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to live in us and we in the Holy Spirit?

Do you not BELIEVE Jesus words when He spoke thusly?

I ask you to judge me by MY words and so far all you have given me is that you don't like that God has named me a prophetess and you think I should not speak to my elders and in your eyes "betters". then you continually compare me to televangalist, and say my words are leading people down the wrong path.

Do you know the solution to that?

show them the RIGHT path you think you are walking on that I am not.

You do not find me not credible as a prophetess. How many prophets were heeded when they were alive and the people actually repented? I've read of one so far: Jonah.

I told you I only prophecies when the Holy Spirit places a message in my heart to give to someone or a church. It does not happen often. My spiritual gift is of discernment and you are trapped by the demon of legalism. You do with that knowledge what you want. I will pray that God opens your eyes to see the danger you are in and that you call out for HIM to save you through HIS mercy and grace.

Jesus is our salvation and the only one who saves. You judge me unjustly and to that you will have to answer to God for. I will pray for you and ask that God be merciful and send His grace and angels to dispel the darkness that surrounds your and your life.

Jesus hear our prayers, for your children need you Lord.

One of the GIFTS of the Holy Spirit is 'discernment". This gift is given so 1~ a person an tell if there is a demon present or not and 2~ to be able to know WHY a demon has the right to be present if it is.

NO, spiritual warfar is just that WARFARE. It is WAR. It is battle between Holy and evil, between right and wrong, between US and the kingdom of darkness. We have the Kingdom of God on our side. The WAR has been won by Jesus and His death and resurreciton. But we each must fight our own personal battles by applying what Christ has done to the issues of our lives. Sometimes we are also called of God to fight territorial battles....but this is done only upon His calling and with a team trained in spiritual warfare.
Most likely the person that told you spiritual warfare was occult, was fearful of it, never having studied it to even know what it really was.

When we are tempted to sin, there is a spiritual battle. We WAR against the temptation by praying, spending time in the Word of God and by worshipping Him. Doing that is one method of spiritual warfare, done on a personal level.

Ephesians tells us that we do NOT fight against the flesh, but we DO FIGHT against powers, prinicipalities, and rulers of the air. These are demonic beings/spirits. They are NOT the angels that followed Satan when he rebelled...they are locked in chains til after Christ returns for His Bride.

Centuries of religious, political, and social conditioning have clouded the minds of believers and stratified Christian doctrine into denominational and sectarian thought which switches off discernment. We have been fed a form of godliness, but denying the power there of which have now aberrant doctrines enshrined in the hearts of many sit instead of Christ who is the Truth.

Blindness in part is happened to Israel....to Spiritual Israel which IS the body of believers occupying in Christ's name in this present time. To repudiate that identification is to not only be blinded, but also wretched and miserable, and poor..and naked. Blindness to true identity creates muteness of a "word in due season" and renders the prophets incapable of recognizing to whom the prophecies apply.

Christ's words to the Laodecian church echo out to all who can hear it:

"....I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see." Revelation 3:18

We are in a warfare and it's for the Truth of Christ's doctrine. We are dealing with the demonic realm but remember this"

If we choose to love we confuse the wicked spirits. They don't understand love and it's power is greater than they can handle.

I've been watching different church services on cable access and notice how the different denominations are all the same they might as well be the same denomination. Most of them didn't start out that way but they are ending up with what they were trying to escape from. Just different styles of the same thing.
